The interior was okay, but the towels were dirty, not white, but a dull gray. There was also a foul odor coming from the bathroom drain. Breakfast had no menu options. Just rice and side dishes. No fruit or coffee was provided. Many other hotels with cheaper prices can provide better options.

Stayed here for the third time since 2023. Always come back because the room size is large and spacious and clean. Although the rooms are all smoking rooms, there is no smell of cigarette smoke. On the second day of staying, I met the owner (maybe) and was asked what made me come back, I answered the tranquility, cleanliness and security. Only 1 thing that was a bit annoying, this time I got room A18 and right in front of the room was a cleaning service trolley. Maybe it can be moved somewhere else. All the staff are also very friendly and helpful. Maintain the quality and always be successful Aresidencia

1. I showed the officer that in traveloka it says 0 deposit, actually they still ask for a deposit of 200 thousand according to the hotel, traveloka should have coordinated with the hotel regarding that but there was none, fix it. Any party can start to open coordination first, you guys are working together. 2. The location has no attractive view, the condition of the front of the hotel is like in the photo, there is no hotel sign so it is a bit difficult to find for newcomers. 3. There are no restaurants or places to eat around or in the hotel so most of them are delivery orders. 4. Breakfast does not have many variations (rice, chicken, stir-fried tempeh if I'm not mistaken because around 8 o'clock the stir-fried tempeh is gone and not visible) there is even no staff on standby in the breakfast area to show where to get water, let alone tea or coffee. 5. Only 2 TV channels are working, I don't know hahaha.

Stayed 4 nights in room A6. The rooms are spacious and clean. Asked for it to be cleaned immediately and the towels replaced with new ones. The staff and security are all friendly too. It's just that the bathroom needs attention. It looks like the toilet is a bit problematic because there is a smell of urine and water flows from the bottom side. We tricked it by putting camphor. Apart from that, there were lots of small mosquitoes inside but fortunately they didn't enter the room, only around the bathroom. Overall this guest house is okay 👍.

The rooms are spacious and clean. At first it smelled of cigarettes (even though the request was non-smoking it turned out all the rooms were smoking) but a few moments later the air freshener worked so the room smelled good. Staying in room A7, what needs to be repaired is the bathroom bidet which leaks so it has to be turned off manually from the tap. So far everything is good. The staff and security are all nice and friendly. Recommended 👍.

For breakfast, it's pretty good even though it's just eggs and tauco, but for the room it's nice, quiet and clean and smells good, but for service I don't think there's a glass when eating, there's no spoon either, the glass is also dirty but for the room, that's okay 👍🏻 .
