I got a room on the 6th floor, there is an elevator to the room, so it's nice not to get tired. The room is quite spacious, the window faces out so you can see the view around the hotel, the room is comfortable & clean. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel. The best in my opinion💖💯

I have been a regular customer staying here for a long time. The service is very satisfying, clean. Oh yes. There are already several rooms that have been renovated. The new look is very good. This is what I used to stay on June 1-3, 2025, a newly renovated room. Cool, right? In addition to the price, it is very friendly to the wallet, comfortable. Message for guests who stay, keep it clean and maintain the use of the facilities, okay.. So that other guests can also feel the clean and well-maintained room. Thank you to the crew. Stayed May 21-22, 2026. Price = Standard. Even exceeded expectations. Room = Clean. Fragrant. Spacious. Even the lowest level has a sofa. Bathroom = Clean. Spacious. Restaurant = All levels include meals. Menu is varied. There are 3 types of fruit and pudding. Hotel Ambience = Clean. Hotel Surroundings = Roadside. Behind the hospital and pharmacy. Near heavy food stalls. Near Tanjung Karang Station. Overall = Very satisfied. Will definitely stay again if I go to Lampung.

The 6th floor corridor smelled really bad of cigarette smoke, my room on the 6th floor had very dirty curtains and the color of the curtains was no longer suitable for use, the ceiling was noisy and the breakfast facilities for food were not very attractive, the chicken fillet was hard and the drinking water refill took a long time so that after we finished eating, our throats felt like there was still food stuck in it.

Room: Clean, comfortable, great view, my kids love watching the trains. Location: 10 minutes to Lembah Hijau and close to the city center. Staff are friendly, but the TV is local, not smart, and the Wi-Fi doesn't connect to it. The AC is super cold. If you're going to Lembah Hijau, this is a great place to stay. You can find food nearby. The menu options include rice, fried rice, eggs, vegetables, sometimes fish fillets, porridge, sometimes green beans, sometimes chicken porridge, and crackers. It's quite tasty... well, the price is reasonable, thank you.

The welcome and service were excellent. For last year's event, we were immediately given chocolate cake, souvenirs (2026 calendar), and a trumpet upon arrival. The room was clean, fragrant, and comfortable, although there was the sound of trains because the tracks were not far from the hotel. The location is also strategic, outside the hotel there are many food stalls such as pecel lele (lele pecel), fried rice, and there is also a well-stocked minimarket. The only thing that needs to be improved is the quality of the food for breakfast. The menu was okay, but the taste still needs improvement. Thank you Arinas Hotel for the service for the 2 nights yesterday.

First time staying, immediately wow, oh my God, it's nice (it's just a shame it's not soundproof, you could still hear the people next door yesterday). The food is delicious, really satisfying if you're looking for a restaurant. The room is neat, clean, fragrant, and in short, it's nice and the price is cheap, in my opinion. I'll be back to that hotel next time, the access is also easy, not too far.
