Room: Clean, comfortable, great view, my kids love watching the trains. Location: 10 minutes to Lembah Hijau and close to the city center. Staff are friendly, but the TV is local, not smart, and the Wi-Fi doesn't connect to it. The AC is super cold. If you're going to Lembah Hijau, this is a great place to stay. You can find food nearby. The menu options include rice, fried rice, eggs, vegetables, sometimes fish fillets, porridge, sometimes green beans, sometimes chicken porridge, and crackers. It's quite tasty... well, the price is reasonable, thank you.

The staff is friendly, and the hotel is close to the market. It's quite a spacious room for the price, but perhaps because the hotel is older, the furnishings, especially the TV, are a bit worn. The hotel is quite clean, but I don't like the smell of the bathroom.

The welcome and service were excellent. For last year's event, we were immediately given chocolate cake, souvenirs (2026 calendar), and a trumpet upon arrival. The room was clean, fragrant, and comfortable, although there was the sound of trains because the tracks were not far from the hotel. The location is also strategic, outside the hotel there are many food stalls such as pecel lele (lele pecel), fried rice, and there is also a well-stocked minimarket. The only thing that needs to be improved is the quality of the food for breakfast. The menu was okay, but the taste still needs improvement. The room smelled of cigarettes, booked a city view room but got a parking view room, standard service, breakfast was not very varied, the food tasted okay.

I recommend going back there, satisfied with the service and it's not too expensive.

First time staying, immediately wow, oh my God, it's nice (it's just a shame it's not soundproof, you could still hear the people next door yesterday). The food is delicious, really satisfying if you're looking for a restaurant. The room is neat, clean, fragrant, and in short, it's nice and the price is cheap, in my opinion. I'll be back to that hotel next time, the access is also easy, not too far.

As for the rooms and staff, they are very good and recommended, but the breakfast is not very varied and the taste needs to be improved.

Check-in took a long time. The room wasn't ready. It was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but it was ready at 3:33 PM. After a long trip, you need to rest, etc. For that price, I don't think this kind of service is worth it. At least they would have given me a welcome drink to make things less disappointing as compensation.

I got a room on the 6th floor, there is an elevator to the room, so it's nice not to get tired. The room is quite spacious, the window faces out so you can see the view around the hotel, the room is comfortable & clean. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel. The best in my opinion💖💯
