honest review ; upon arrival at the hotel after checking in, I planned to ask the bellboy to help me carry my suitcases to my room with a trolley, but the receptionist didn't seem to have reached the bellboy, so my husband lifted 2 suitcases at once. for the room, we got a smoking room because the room was full and we were offered to move rooms the next day (but in the end, I was too lazy to move). in my opinion, the smell of cigarettes in the room was quite faint, but the smell in the bathroom was also quite bad. for the cleanliness of the kettle jug, there was still cigarette ash stuck to it, so before I used it, I washed it until it was clean. for the bedsheets, they smelled good. for the curtains/window blinds, I found a woman's brooch pinned there along with safety pins (housekeeper please check your curtains!), making me wonder, didn't the previous guest feel like they lost the brooch? fortunately, the nuance of this room was helped by the beautiful view of the room, which faced the swimming pool, and the sunlight that penetrated in. but on the last day of my stay, I couldn't sleep because there were loud noises (knocking, dragging, and other strange sounds) from the next room and the room above, I don't know if it was really human or not, but I hope it was really human. for breakfast, there was no problem, I like the variety. oh yeah, for the last, engineering dept can try checking the water flow in the toilet, because poop that has been flushed, sometimes rises back to the surface. that's my honest review, hopefully it can be accepted ♡

The food is sufficient, the service is sufficient but I left something in the hotel but it wasn't reported to me. Luckily the food I left behind wasn't anything valuable. The room door can't be locked from the outside. Maybe the maintenance needs to be looked after even though the hotel is old.

The hotel is not well maintained.

My suggestion is to renovate it if you have the budget, because several cupboards are broken, the sink faucet is also broken, the door hinges are also broken, and there are spider webs near the shower, that's all, hopefully it will be better.

The hotel staff is friendly, the food is varied and delicious, and the cleanliness is okay.

Maybe in the future it would be better to take a non-smoking room. For the others, it's very good.

old room, dirty curtains haven't been replaced so it feels stuffy for cleanliness it's okay just the hot water takes a long time to come out and wait. for a short transit stay it can be recommended but for a long time I haven't

The staff is friendly & the overall ambiance of the hotel is very impressive. Only thing is the cupboard, toilet, shower & sink need to be serviced or rejuvenated.
