I stayed here for 2 days, the service was very friendly, starting from the check-in staff, room service, and FB service. Oh yes, the CS was also very fast in responding when I contacted at night to request a connecting room. It was a pleasure staying here, if we have plans to go to Bojonegoro again, God willing, we will definitely choose Aston Bojonegoro to stay. "A Wonderful and Complete Stay! Very Memorable!"
"This hotel truly exceeded expectations! The atmosphere was so comfortable and relaxing, making us want to stay longer.
The first thing that impressed me was the spacious room. The interior design was elegant and clean, and the bed was soft, ensuring a quality rest. It felt like staying in a suite, even though it was a standard room!
The variety of food in the restaurant is also commendable. The breakfast menu is quite varied, ranging from local to international dishes, all served with delicious flavors.
Besides the comfort of the room and satisfying cuisine, this hotel also offers a wide selection of activities and facilities to make your stay even more enjoyable. We could relax with coffee in the cozy cafe, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere by the fish pond, swim in the refreshing pool, and even have fun playing pool in the recreation area.

The hotel staff were unfazed. They were very friendly and helpful.
The experiences I had that led me to give this hotel a 2 out of 4 rating were:
1. There were a lot of ants (crawling from the entrance to the room, through the bathroom, and even near the bed). I reported them to the receptionist and asked for them to be cleaned, but they were still there.
2. There were mosquitoes in the room, which was very disturbing while sleeping.
3. There were lipstick marks on the glass, which means the glass hadn't been washed.
4. The wall near the AC was moldy.
5. The towels were very dull. This was the first time I'd had hotel towels this dull. I thought the standard for hotel towels was pure white and fluffy.
6. There was no mini fridge or hair dryer. I thought these were standard 3-star hotel amenities, especially since this hotel had such high reviews on Google Maps.
7. The bathroom smelled bad.
8. The floor level of the bathroom and shower area was almost the same, so water easily got onto the bathroom floor. Furthermore, the shower area had no door.

The hotel reception was terrible. I'd paid and booked two days in advance, but when I checked in at 5 p.m., they found no room for two people. They only found a room when I wanted to cancel. It was a long way from Bogor, and I still had to wait a long time to get into my room.

Last Eid 2025 I went home to my hometown in Bojonegoro. The homecoming atmosphere was also felt in my parents' house which was full, all the rooms were occupied. I had planned to stay at Aston. by the way, this is the 3rd time I have stayed at Aston Bojonegoro. Purely because I like it there, besides the rooms are clean and the pool + breakfast facilities are guaranteed and great

The food is quite delicious and the service is good. responsive to cleaning the table and when ordering eggs, they are also alert

I stayed here for 2 days, the service was very friendly, starting from the check-in staff, room service, and FB service. Oh yes, the CS was also very fast in responding when I contacted at night to request a connecting room. It was a pleasure staying here, if we have plans to go to Bojonegoro again, God willing, we will definitely choose Aston Bojonegoro to stay. Special thanks to Ms. Ainun from FB Service who was very friendly and super helpful, you are the one who makes us want to come back here again ❤️

"A Wonderful and Complete Stay! Very Memorable!"
"This hotel truly exceeded expectations! The atmosphere was so comfortable and relaxing, making us want to stay longer.
The first thing that impressed me was the spacious room. The interior design was elegant and clean, and the bed was soft, ensuring a quality rest. It felt like staying in a suite, even though it was a standard room!
The variety of food in the restaurant is also commendable. The breakfast menu is quite varied, ranging from local to international dishes, all served with delicious flavors.
Besides the comfort of the room and satisfying cuisine, this hotel also offers a wide selection of activities and facilities to make your stay even more enjoyable. We could relax with coffee in the cozy cafe, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere by the fish pond, swim in the refreshing pool, and even have fun playing pool in the recreation area.
In short, this was the perfect staycation experience. The staff was friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and truly memorable stay!"

The hotel staff were unfazed. They were very friendly and helpful.
The experiences I had that led me to give this hotel a 2 out of 4 rating were:
1. There were a lot of ants (crawling from the entrance to the room, through the bathroom, and even near the bed). I reported them to the receptionist and asked for them to be cleaned, but they were still there.
2. There were mosquitoes in the room, which was very disturbing while sleeping.
3. There were lipstick marks on the glass, which means the glass hadn't been washed.
4. The wall near the AC was moldy.
5. The towels were very dull. This was the first time I'd had hotel towels this dull. I thought the standard for hotel towels was pure white and fluffy.
6. There was no mini fridge or hair dryer. I thought these were standard 3-star hotel amenities, especially since this hotel had such high reviews on Google Maps.
7. The bathroom smelled bad.
8. The floor level of the bathroom and shower area was almost the same, so water easily got onto the bathroom floor. Furthermore, the shower area had no door.

The hotel reception was terrible. I'd paid and booked two days in advance, but when I checked in at 5 p.m., they found no room for two people. They only found a room when I wanted to cancel. It was a long way from Bogor, and I still had to wait a long time to get into my room.

Last Eid 2025 I went home to my hometown in Bojonegoro. The homecoming atmosphere was also felt in my parents' house which was full, all the rooms were occupied. I had planned to stay at Aston. by the way, this is the 3rd time I have stayed at Aston Bojonegoro. Purely because I like it there, besides the rooms are clean and the pool + breakfast facilities are guaranteed and great
Atmosphere / Facilities: really like swimming in the pool, it is always clean and you can also order food because there is a restaurant
The food is quite delicious and the service is good. responsive to cleaning the table and when ordering eggs, they are also alert
Staff Assistance: I started staying while still fasting, the check-in staff asked whether breakfast was for Sahur or not. I think it was very good
