Very friendly hotel staff, easy check in and check out. We got room no. 720, 723, 725. Very close to the city center and the beach. The food is also delicious and there are many choices, in short, it is highly recommended for a vacation. God willing, it will be a favorite place if you go to Cilacap again. I booked an executive balcony room. When I first entered the room, it smelled like a damp room. The bathroom shower was an old model, with an overhead shower head, and a lot of water leaked out from between the handles. There were no face towels. The toilet seat was loose. Several times the water in the sink and toilet was cloudy. The hotel should monitor and check the condition of the rooms more frequently, as the price we paid is not the average. Hopefully, they can improve. Every time I go out of town, the first hotel I look for is the Grand Aston/Aston Inn. So, if the service and facilities aren't improved, it would be a shame. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly, but many facilities need improvement. The hotel staff is friendly, but many facilities need improvement.
