Overall good, just uncomfortable with the bathroom which remains wet even if left for half a day

I had a great stay at Aston Inn Jemursari during my business trip. The service was excellent—the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The ambiance felt modern and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment to unwind after a busy day. The room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough to both relax and get some work done comfortably. With its practical facilities and calm atmosphere, this hotel is a solid choice for business travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and reliable service. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Saya datang 10 menit sebelum waktu check-in, dan langsung bisa masuk kamar sebelum jam 14.00. Ekspektasi saya ketika masuk ke kamar, kamar sudah bersih, rapi, wangi, karena sebelumnya saya sudah meninggalkan notes untuk deep clean kamar dan meminta haduk yg bersih karena ada alergi debu. Sebelum pesan saya baca review dulu karena sudah lama tidak menginap di hotel ini, makanya saya tambahkan notes seperti itu. Kenyataannya, saat masuk lift, saya lihat karpetnya berdebu parah. Setelah masuk kamar, ternyata benar, notes saya diabaikan. Boro-boro deep clean, kamar dan kamar mandinya bahkan tidak dibersihkan sesuai standar hotel. Kursi di kamar pun, seperti tidak pernah di vacuum, karena nodanya sangat kentara. Handuk juga diberikan yang ada noda merah-merahnya. Malamnya, air dari pdam sempat mati, akhirnya saya ke lobby dan mendapatkan jawaban tsb, lalu sekalian saya complaint dan minta kamarnya dibersihkan ulang. Saya tunggu sampai lewat midnight pun ga ada sama sekali housekeeping yg datang ke kamar, atau receptionist yg mengkonfirmasi ulang kamarnya jadi dibersihkan atau tidak :) Akhirnya saya tidur fully tertutup, pakai hoodie, kaos kaki, dan celana panjang karena spreinya pun bikin gatal-gatal. Saat check out pun tidak ditanya apakah ada kritik dan saran. BIG NO untuk service dan fasilitasnya. Kapok untuk menginap di sini lagi.

Everything is great, breakfast is delicious, only the parking is lacking.

At my second visit, I still experience warm hospitality and the room is excellent either for studying or relaxing. Definitely will stay at this hotel for the next visit.

Overall, 10/10. Everything was great, the room was soundproof, the service was great, from security, lobby, room service, to food orders, everything was great, no regrets whatsoever...

I stayed here from December 27th to January 2nd. I actually enjoyed it. The room was neat and minimalist, and the ambiance was okay. Here are some highlights from my stay (the most recent one was the best): 1. The HK staff were nice and friendly, and they responded quickly if I needed anything. 2. The downsides in the room: the bath mat was often out of stock, so sometimes they weren't provided. The sheets had holes and the fabric was thin. 3. I brought a baby, and there was a clean crib and the refrigerator was properly cold, so I always had peace of mind when I put my breast milk in the fridge. 4. I tried breakfast once, but afterward, I thought it wasn't worth it. 100,000 Rupiah for a carb-filled meal with a rather limited protein selection. 5. Parking is cramped, so I always had to rely on valet parking. Well, here's the downside. My husband did have some cash in his car (in red envelopes). I counted it midway through my stay, and it was still intact. On the last day, when we checked out, we told the driver we were checking out. When we first started using the car again, my husband was suspicious, as the car settings had changed. When he counted the red envelopes, it had gone down by about 150,000 Rupiah. The small change for parking was also 2,000 Rupiah. Maybe we were careless, leaving emergency cash (around 400,000 Rupiah) in the car, but we didn't expect our car to be ransacked looking for anything to steal. I'm a bit disappointed. the security not so good n mush valley not so good

Comfortable bed, spacious room, spacious bathroom. It's just a bit far from the center.

Rooms are okay, food is okay, facilities are okay, using Google Nest

Everything was good, except for the rats. During my 3-night stay, that was the only problem. Rats constantly ran around above the ceiling and they were annoyingly loud. Please consider using a pest control service.

The hotel room is comfortable and spacious, and the air conditioning is also cool. You should try this room type.

Well. Overall the hotel is good, all the staff are friendly and helpful but when I enter to the room, the carpet is wet also smelly. The good thing is the staff come to my room fast and change my room. Thank you for your good services

Best hotel in town! Although access is a bit limited because it's in a residential area, it's worth the hype. Cleanliness and facilities are good. The only downside is the small parking area. I always stay here every time I go to Surabaya!🫰🏻

The room is very nice and clean.. just a bit far if you want to go to TP or Pakuwon.
