The receptionist, Ms. Wulan, was very friendly, and she's still the same. The guys at the Adit restaurant were very friendly. The hotel staff were all very friendly. The food menu, hmmm… I'm satisfied. I hope the vegetarian menu is improved. And the room cleanliness is excellent! Although there's a hard-to-reveal story about the room on the 7th floor.

The room was dirty from the moment we entered (lots of hair, etc.), the water was cold (hot water only came out a tiny bit, the rest was constantly cold), and worst of all, there was no soundproofing at all. The sound of people walking in the hallway, falling objects, or people talking in the next room, even the sound of the plumbing, could all be heard, making it difficult to sleep. Not recommended at all.

The room was okay, but unfortunately, the utilities were significantly reduced. There were no tissues, so you had to ask for them. There was no hair dryer, so you could borrow it when you asked, and even then, you were limited to no more than two hours. You had to buy a laundry bag! I've never seen a hotel like this before, so disappointing!!!

The terms and conditions at the partner hotel didn't match what was written and communicated in the app on the breakfast bill. The order stated breakfast was included for two adults and one child. The child requirements were also listed there, and my child fell far short of those requirements. I stayed at Aston Inn Tasikmalaya and had a very satisfying experience. Check-in was quick, and the hotel staff were friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location is also very strategic, being in the center of Tasikmalaya City, providing easy access to various culinary spots, shopping centers, and other important areas. My room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The soft bed and peaceful atmosphere made for a more optimal rest. The hotel's facilities are also quite complete, including a swimming pool, good Wi-Fi access, and ample parking. The cleanliness of all areas of the hotel is also very well maintained, which was a plus point during my stay.
