Aston Simatupang has one of the best food in town. For a hotel quality, the food was amazing! Check in process was easy and I like how the staff is always ready at any time. Thank you Aston Simatupang!

Comfortable and luxury getaway. Ambiance/Facilities: Comfortable ambiance, not scary or creepy at all, loved the interior of the room! Staff Assistance: The staff was friendly and helpful. One of them even helped us push our twin beds together. Highlights: We were surprised at how modern and lux the design of the room is. Loved it. Price: Worth every penny. Location: Conveniently located near the city center, we could walk everywhere.

It's a very good hotel for staycation, near the city centre, and has flexible check-out times. They offered me a late check-out for free for 1 hour. I will recommend staying in this hotel for a short staycation or family gathering.

Friendly staff, spacious room, variate breakfast menu, magnificent city view in premier room. The only thing you need to take care is your security at B1 in front of lift, they keep busy playing their mobile phone while people come and go, didn't they suppose to check coming guest from B1 lobby? I accidently left my pants and they send it immediately to my address at the same day (4 thumbs up for your hospitality) After all, can't wait for my next staycation in Aston Simatupang.

We got an upgraded room to a junior suites, the staffs are all very friendly, kids were all happy, the room is spacious. Breakfast have a lots of choices, nevertheless some of the food were a bit bland, swimming pool also standard. Anyway we had a great time staying at Aston priority simatupang
