Friendly staff, spacious room, variate breakfast menu, magnificent city view in premier room. The only thing you need to take care is your security at B1 in front of lift, they keep busy playing their mobile phone while people come and go, didn't they suppose to check coming guest from B1 lobby? I accidently left my pants and they send it immediately to my address at the same day (4 thumbs up for your hospitality) After all, can't wait for my next staycation in Aston Simatupang.

Nice and clean room. Cool air conditioner unit and perfect hot shower make my day. Breakfast was OK and a bit crowded but overall was good.

I waited too long for the check-in process, there are many events when I stayed here, fortunately, mbak Icha offers her support with a big smile. I was a bit disappointed with the food, that was my second stayed in this hotel, but the food is not as good as my first stayed. The soto was bad and the nasi goreng kampung as well. I like the sushi and the coffee was great. I like the cleanliness of the room and staff hospitality.
