Lovely hotel with nice facilities like pool (heated and big), gym, restaurant. While the hotel in some senses where not typical international (Google Translate helped) the service level were high and the people very friendly. For example, the spa did excellent services, and the staff from the restaurant were so kind. For example, Mr. Aji were fluent in English and offered amazing services, even helped me when the reception did not understand my request in English. I would love to return any time!!!!

I stayed there twice. The first time I was very comfortable, but the second time I felt less so. To contact the front desk, I used a tablet instead of a phone. But the device couldn't be used. As a result, it was very difficult to contact the front desk for any needs. Then there was the matter of mineral water. The first time I stayed there, they provided one drinking place, but this second time they provided one drinking place and one bottle. Which I assumed was an additional mineral water. In other hotels, when they provide soda, flavored drinks, and snacks like chocolate biscuits, they do charge extra. But here, there was a charge for one bottle of mineral water, and there was no information at the beginning. Sorry, I'm not talking about the small cost of bottled water, but I feel the hotel staff was not okay in making this policy.
