We love it here!! Probably the most family-friendly resort with complete facilities in Carita & Anyer area. Sadly we only stayed for 1 night and it’s already almost sunset when we arrived, so there’s not many activities that we could try 🥺 (only swimming pool, playground & mini zoo). Surely will be back next time and hope to stay for at least 3D2N so we can enjoy their donut boat, jetski, twin lake, turtle conservation, and all the sport fields such as tennis, basketball, soccer, and many many more! Thank you, Mutiara Carita Cottages. We had such a blast staying there 🫶🏼✨

Spend night in this hotel with my family, all experiences is wonderful. If you want a feel great hospitality service in downtown Serang (Banten Province capitol), you should come to this hotel. Starting from security, doorman, front office, they welcome you with warm greeting. No need to worries for healthy protocol, this hotel follow the rules. I have to mention Mr. Nurman from reception, he follow up my request regarding hot water issue immediately without any reasons. And also Ms. Intan & Ms. Sofia, always greet me by name during my stay, which is amazing. A lot of variety of food during breakfast, one of the best selling point from this hotel, and f&b crew is very attentive to the guest. From the greeter who registers (sorry Miss, really forget your name), food stall crew, service crew, they go extra mile to give the best service to the guest. Swimming pool, gym & spa also available in this hotel. Definitely will comeback to this hotel & highly recommended if you want to feel best hotel service in Serang. Minor thing is?: room facility.️. Furniture inside the room, is very old, stained at sofa, torn curtain and AC not working well. Maybe need renovation for all that things. Sorry for 4 stars review. Maybe after change all furniture & room facility, I wil give 5 stars review. Overall staying in this hotel is wonderful because of outstanding service from the crew to the guest. Keep the good work. Kami menginap di kamar tipe traditional 1 dan 2. AC-nya dingin semua, kecuali 1 kamar yang tiba-tiba bocor AC rembes tapi langsung ditangani sama staf hotel. Betul-betul fast respon.
Cottage-nya 2 lantai dan lumayan besar, ada 2 kamar tidur di atas dan 1 kamar mandi di bawah.
Teras cottage juga luas, bisa buat santai bersama keluarga. Di depan kamar ada TV dengan ruang nonton yang lega.
Di lantai bawah ada meja makan dan dapur mini, disediakan kulkas dan dispenser, lengkap wastafel buat cuci piring.
Pantai dekat banget dengan cottage-nya, bener-bener nyaman buat piknik bersama keluarga. Juga ada fasilitas kolam renang.
So far menurut aku, sangat menyenangkan menginap di Anyer cottage. Dengan harga yang ramah di kantong plus dapat breakfast untuk 4 orang dewasa. Pasti akan menginap di sini lagi kalau ke Anyer. Terima kasih Anyer cottage and resort

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Anyer! My child absolutely loved playing at the beach and in the pool with the playground area. We enjoyed spending our afternoons on the beach when the tide was low—it was safe and free of rocks, although you still need to be careful when walking down to the shore.
We decided to upgrade to a deluxe room with a pool view for an additional IDR 200,000 at check-in—the best decision ever! It gave us easy access to all the hotel facilities.
Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of food. Overall, it’s an amazing hotel at an affordable price. We’ll definitely come back again. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality!
