Second time to Double G. Previously stayed on weekends, now on weekdays. With the same price, but the difference is that on weekdays breakfast is not a buffet menu, but will be provided per pack, you can choose to eat in the garden or have it delivered to your room. It turned out to be still delicious and filling because in addition to getting one portion of your choice of main meal, it turns out you get one main meal free and also get bread as well as cereal and juice. Nice. Booking an ocean view room on the 1st floor directly to the pool makes the kids excited. The staff is also friendly. My child fell, immediately provided first aid, the staff was alert and empathetic to my child. Staying on weekdays turned out to be nice too because it was quiet so it felt like renting a villa 🤭 Will come back to Double G when going to Anyer. Continued success.

My first experience at this hotel and WOW.. this is one of the best hotels I've ever been to in the Anyer area. The facilities are standard, there is a swimming pool + access to the beach behind the hotel, but the main point is the service and friendliness of the staff, which is the best, especially Mr. Ahmad from the hotel management who from the beginning of chatting via WA was very friendly + fulfilled our sudden request for dinner. It's a shame the bathroom smelled, as the toilet didn't flush properly. Breakfast was pretty good, but lacked variety. The pool was dirty, the beach area was full of coral, and there weren't any events during our stay. There aren't any water dispensers on each floor, so if you need a refill, ask the staff.

I chose this hotel because of its great atmosphere, direct access to the beach, and a relaxing holiday. Although we had an initial issue with the air conditioning not being cool enough, the staff were great and quickly resolved the issue, and we were upgraded to a larger room with cooler air conditioning. Even though we only stayed for one day, we were happy.

The service was good and friendly. The facilities were okay. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere, and the food was delicious and varied. It's just a bit dry on the beach, with lots of coral. Overall, it's okay.

Dirty room full of flies, dirty sheets, bathroom smells of dirt, musty smell, and the bathroom is also dirty, plasterboard is full of holes. Amenities are also incomplete, have to go back and forth to ask. There are no tissues, no shower cap. Basically, I regret staying here for that price, you can get a nicer and cleaner place. The room's AC is also dead, luckily it's connected so you can get cool air from the next room. The price is not worth it for conditions like that, don't be fooled by the photos... Breakfast is also limited because it is delivered to the room, not a buffet version.

The location is good, the beachfront view is beautiful. The staff is friendly, the facilities are non-existent, the TV in the room is just there, it can't be used. The room is dirty, filthy, like it hasn't been cleaned, the floor is sandy, the table is dusty, the previous guest's drink remains are still in the fridge, there is no toilet paper, you have to ask first, the toilet is very dirty. There is no buffet because it is a weekday, you choose from a pre-set menu, the choices are limited, the taste is very ordinary.

Overall good hotel, okay food, okay location, only the room AC is not cold enough even though I booked 2 rooms, on other platforms the room is cold. I called a technician but there was no follow up, woke up at 2 am to call a technician downstairs because there was no telephone operator, the telephone machine was not working, the technician staff came but only checked but nothing was fixed so the whole stay was hot.

The location is good because behind the hotel you can directly play in the water at the beach, the condition of the pool is not clean so I am reluctant to swim, got a room with a broken door so I use a manual lock but as long as it is safe I have no problem with the slippery floor. But it is also a hotel near the beach, this is understandable but for me who doesn't like wearing sandals indoors, it is uncomfortable. I chose the window terrace facing the highway. It is a bit noisy and not soundproof if a truck passes while sleeping. I got a chance when the water heater was broken :(, luckily the weather was hot so I was safe taking a cold shower rather than not taking a shower at all. There were ants in the room but luckily I was lent a baigon.

The hotel was nice, the beachfront pool was generally comfortable, but the only downside was that the hot water didn't work from the moment we arrived until we left, apparently due to a problem in all the rooms. Next time, we could be more prepared, especially for families with small children. It's a shame. Thanks.

The resort's location is great, with a pool and direct beach access. However, the room amenities are a bit lacking, such as slightly yellow tap water, difficult-to-lock doors, and a TV that doesn't work. Hopefully, these improvements will be made to make it a perfect resort in the future.
