First time trying Double G, it feels comfortable like Bali, hopefully there will be more rooms in the future, the food is really delicious and the prices are affordable, the atmosphere is comfortable and cozy.

Ok. The food is ok, but there's no elevator, and it's a shame the beach has so much coral.

Overall good hotel, okay food, okay location, only the room AC is not cold enough even though I booked 2 rooms, on other platforms the room is cold. I called a technician but there was no follow up, woke up at 2 am to call a technician downstairs because there was no telephone operator, the telephone machine was not working, the technician staff came but only checked but nothing was fixed so the whole stay was hot.

The location is good because behind the hotel you can directly play in the water at the beach, the condition of the pool is not clean so I am reluctant to swim, got a room with a broken door so I use a manual lock but as long as it is safe I have no problem with the slippery floor. But it is also a hotel near the beach, this is understandable but for me who doesn't like wearing sandals indoors, it is uncomfortable. I chose the window terrace facing the highway. It is a bit noisy and not soundproof if a truck passes while sleeping. I got a chance when the water heater was broken :(, luckily the weather was hot so I was safe taking a cold shower rather than not taking a shower at all. There were ants in the room but luckily I was lent a baigon.

The hotel was nice, the beachfront pool was generally comfortable, but the only downside was that the hot water didn't work from the moment we arrived until we left, apparently due to a problem in all the rooms. Next time, we could be more prepared, especially for families with small children. It's a shame. Thanks.

The resort's location is great, with a pool and direct beach access. However, the room amenities are a bit lacking, such as slightly yellow tap water, difficult-to-lock doors, and a TV that doesn't work. Hopefully, these improvements will be made to make it a perfect resort in the future.

At check-in, the receptionist was a bit unsmiling and unfriendly. She answered questions casually, sitting down and fidgeting. The toilets were crusty, and the food was mediocre and lacking in variety.

Because when I checked in, the bathroom was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. The closet was really dirty, the floor was dirty. Sandals, mineral water, and tissues were not given at first. They said they were out of stock. Then I went to the staff and said, "I paid, why not give me sandals?" Then they looked for sandals, mineral water, and tissues. The point is, the cleanliness of the room has been improved. For the rest, it's okay.

The only good thing about the room is that it is directly on the beach. Apart from that, there are many downsides, such as breakfast being delivered to the room late at 8am, even though I asked for 7 or 7.30am, the room was not good.

Nice. Booking an ocean view room on the 1st floor directly to the pool makes the kids excited. The staff is also friendly. My child fell, immediately provided first aid, the staff was alert and empathetic to my child. Staying on weekdays turned out to be nice too because it was quiet so it felt like renting a villa 🤭 Will come back to Double G when going to Anyer. Continued success.

Dirty bathroom, flash closet missing, clogged drains, in the future, more attention will be paid to the maintenance room.

I stayed here, the room was uncomfortable because the AC was noisy, very disturbing to sleep, especially for those with children. And the noise from outside was very audible (noisy), disturbing.
