The lobby is now more spacious... The rooms are brighter... It's more comfortable, but the breakfast menu is less varied and takes a while to refill, perhaps because of the high number of visitors. But in my opinion, the Aston Anyer Hotel is the most convenient for visiting the beach. You can get to the beach quickly without walking too far. The beach is quite wide and pleasant. The swimming pool is also quite adequate. Your family's favorite hotel.

Feedback for Aston Hotel Anyer, the mini fridge inside was dirty, not cleaned. Then we had an all you can eat dinner but the choices were very limited & the refills took a long time, so many were empty. When it was breakfast it was the same, but when it was worse because it was crowded, it seemed like it was poorly managed, to the point that plates, spoons, and forks ran out, as well as the food which I think should have been able to be handled especially since the hotel already knew it was high season and the hotel rooms were full so they could have been better managed.

It's a shame the drinks provided are like the picture above. Hotel drinks when the water door is open as shown in the picture are open and not closed. It's better to use tightly closed bottled drinks. So that it's safe and comfortable for visitors. I entered the hotel room and didn't dare to drink the water provided in the hotel room. Please, the management team, welcome visitors with good drinks. How much is a bottle of drinking water for visitors? If the drinks are open like this, many will not dare to drink when entering the hotel. Don't want to save on operations, so this reduces the value of the Aston Hotel. For swimming pool and billiard facilities. For water sports, hopefully in the future they will be ready behind the hotel. So that visitors can immediately play even though there is an additional fee. Please cooperate with the nearest water sport manager with affordable prices for banana boats, jet skis, etc. Most people go there for family tourism and play on the beach and water sports rides. Hopefully the hotel can develop

Strategic location, not too far from the West Cilegon toll exit, in a row of other inns it is not difficult to find Aston Anyer. The car park is across from the hotel which is a bit troublesome if you need to go back and forth to the hotel parking if you need to get things from the car because in front of the hotel is directly on the main road, fast cars have to be careful when crossing. The check-in process was very easy. Arriving at 12 noon was surprised when we were allowed to check in. Very happy. The cleanliness of the room is standard. The bathroom felt a little dirty, especially the sink. There are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. Just standard. But there are kids activities making hot dogs and foam parties on the private beach as well as live music that make it fun. But the most impressive thing is all the staff are friendly, full of smiles and professional. Good ambiance

It was a pleasure to stay at aquvillas by aston anyer, the villa atmosphere was fragrant and full of minimalist style with a slightly romantic feel, the staff with Ms. Sabrina (GRO) were very friendly and thorough in explaining the check-in and check-out procedures, the hotel atmosphere was friendly for children and adults, the waiter staff were also very friendly, the food was amazing in taste and cleanliness when preparing it, basically I was very satisfied, it would be less if I only stayed one night, at least 3 nights, lol👍🏿🔥

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights at the end of 2025. All the hotel staff, from the receptionist, security, room service, etc., were very friendly and helpful. The beach was also clean, the swimming pool was clean, the food was varied. The hotel room was also clean, but in the room there were no bottled Aqua like other hotels, instead they provided a dispenser located on each floor (there are 2, at the end of the hallway). Near the hotel (exit the hotel to the right) there is an Alfamart, so if you want to buy snacks or other small necessities, it's not difficult, but... for Gofood it is not yet available in this area, so my advice, it is better to bring your own food because what is available in the Anyer area is only seafood. For KFC etc. there is not yet. On the first day we tried dinner at the hotel restaurant, we thought it was delicious, but as for the price, adjust to the hotel restaurant price.
