It is disappointing to learn that you had to wait over an hour for your meals, experienced an order mistake, and did not receive an apology for the delays. Such behavior does not reflect the service standards we strive to uphold, and we will take immediate corrective action to ensure this does not happen again. We also acknowledge that your breakfast experience was unsatisfactory, with staff being unresponsive, tables not being cleared, and a limited selection of food. We will reevaluate our cleanliness and food service procedures to ensure that our guests always have a clean and pleasant experience. We are deeply sorry for the disturbance caused by the construction noise at our hotel, which disrupted your relaxation. We should have informed our guests in advance about this work, and we will strive to be more transparent and communicative in the future so that guests can be better prepared. We also recognize that the pool operating hours may not have met your preferences.
