I've been here several times... because the rooms are easily accessible to the beach, so the kids can go back and forth playing in the sand and water. The beach is safe for kids because there's a barrier to hold back the big waves. The rooms are clean, and they also offer vegetarian and vegan options. The price is also reasonable.

Overall, this is one of the best hotels for kids to spend their school holidays. The beach is safe for children due to the breakwater, so it's safe to watch them play from a distance. The breakfast menu offers a wide selection, and the kids loved it. The pool also provides towels for drying off, ensuring you're already dry when you return to your room. The only downside is the late check-in time, as other hotels allow check-in at 2:00 PM, while at Aston, check-in is at 3:00 PM.

Wonderful experience to visit Aston Anyer. A 4-star hotel that offers 5-star services. Super helpful staff—lost my child’s eyeglasses out of nowhere in the super crowded area, and they found it! Asked for an additional bathmat and towel, delivered in just minutes. Receptionist just a WA away, responded within a minute. Various kids' activities with super friendly staff. Good food and excellent staff handling for room services and dining at the restaurant. We ordered all-you-can-eat dinner; they served seafood and dessert that surprisingly were the best compared to famous Google review restaurants we tried in the Anyer area. Not a spacious room, no hand shower, and a giant wall bordering the beach to the ocean is a bit bothering, but with the excellent services mentioned above, these are easy to manage. Safe beach for swimming with kids, showers at some points are easy to reach, so you can go back and forth between the beach and pool with no drama and stay clean. Pool staff standby just a hand raise away. Definitely a recommended hotel to stay, please keep it excellent.

Check-in took a long time. I waited almost an hour (exceeding check-in time), probably because it was crowded (it was school holidays, so I arrived on June 26, 2026). The service, facilities, location, and food were excellent. The beach access was convenient, uncrowded, and connected to other beaches. The swimming pool is available for toddlers, teenagers, and adults (maximum depth 140 cm), and there's a basketball court.

This hotel is well maintained. My room is quite small, but it's neat and clean, with a balcony with a sea view. The toilet is also clean. All of the staff, apart from security, receptionists, housekeeping, and the resto area, are very friendly and helpful. There is a Starbucks inside the resto. The food variety for breakfast is quite many. The hotel has a private beach and a playground for kids. Also, in their parking area, there is a charging station... So if you're using an EV, you can have peace of mind, not being afraid of the battery running out. Just a little input from me to Aston: when you have live music, maybe you can turn down the volume a bit because the music is heard in my room on the third floor when my kids want to sleep. And the playground garden is way too big... Maybe you can build a new building or facility on that garden, but still keep the playground for the kids. Oh, one more thing, maybe you can also have a lifeguard standby on the beach, because I didn't see any... This is just to ensure the safety of the customers.
