A family- and baby-friendly hotel. The room was clean, and I happened to get a sea-view room. Since I was bringing a baby, they immediately arranged for an extra crib. The staff was friendly and helpful. During my stay, feeding my baby was a bit tricky, but the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good, with my favorites being the cakwe (fried cakwe) and the special green tea with marshmallows. The dinner buffet was also good, with favorites being seafood BBQ, martabak, and chicken katsu.

Staying at Aston Anyer is always a pleasure. It's not far from Jakarta, about a 2-3-hour drive. What's most impressive is the friendly staff, who make you feel like you're welcoming family. The hotel is comfortable and clean, and the food is delicious. The children's activities are varied and fun. The beach is also private and always kept clean.

I've been here several times... because the rooms are easily accessible to the beach, so the kids can go back and forth playing in the sand and water. The beach is safe for kids because there's a barrier to hold back the big waves. The rooms are clean, and they also offer vegetarian and vegan options. The price is also reasonable.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The kids were very happy here because there was a pool, playground, and access to a private beach. The only thing missing was the bathroom in the room. It was quite slippery and had yellowed spots. It probably needs to be deep cleaned more often. The breakfast variety could also be increased.

The hotel is okay, with good location and facilities. However, the breakfast is lacking in variety and is too limited, as is the COVID-19 era. Birthday cakes are also paid; other Astons offer them for free. Keep up the good work, Aston Anyer, for the better.

I really regret waking up so early to war at this hotel because it was peak season. It's really kid and family friendly!!! There's a breakwater on the beach, so I don't have to worry about bringing my kids to play in the water all day 😁. The staff are helpful and friendly at the pool.. they gave me the room key and followed me to the beach, even though they could have just WA me so I could have gone to the reception, haha. There are lots of snacks for the kids too, so it's not cranky. Finding food outside the hotel is also easy because it's close to delicious and cheap seafood restaurants! Aston Anyer The Best!!!!

The location is good, not too far for driving. I recommend traveling on weekdays; on weekends, the traffic is much worse. On weekdays, the breakfast is quite nice, although the food is much tastier if you compare it to other restaurants like BM Seaside or BM Ikan Bakar. On weekends, I can't even get a seat during breakfast; it's too crowded.

The location and road access are strategic. It's comfortable and fun for a vacation with kids. However, the bathroom lacks a tap for ablutions, and there's no drain in the toilet and sink area, resulting in some water pooling. The customer service WhatsApp response is consistently slow.

For an Aston hotel, it's a shame the breakfast menu is so lacking... From porridge, rice cake with vegetables, fish ball soup (which was too salty and floury), to the main course of fried rice and side dishes, all tasted less than delicious. Plus, the room was clean enough and the location was good for children to play.
