A family- and baby-friendly hotel. The room was clean, and I happened to get a sea-view room. Since I was bringing a baby, they immediately arranged for an extra crib. The staff was friendly and helpful. During my stay, feeding my baby was a bit tricky, but the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good, with my favorites being the cakwe (fried cakwe) and the special green tea with marshmallows. The dinner buffet was also good, with favorites being seafood BBQ, martabak, and chicken katsu.

This is my second time staying at this Aquavillas. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the staff, including Mas Fajri and Mba Tiara, are incredibly friendly and understanding. The weather was a bit unfriendly, with Krakatau Boy being a bit coughy and volcanic, but overall, the experience from check-in to check-out felt very lacking 😅. This is my third stay at Aston Anyer. It's always a memorable experience. The beach is perfect for kids, the pool water is clean, and the playground facilities are well-maintained. The food is delicious, so you don't need to go anywhere else because everything is available right here. However, the live music at night can be a bit disturbing. After a long day of activities, you'd want some quiet after sunset.

Strategic location and easily accessible by vehicle. Staff service is friendly and informative. Breakfast menu is varied, but some items must be requested at the buffet, such as boiled eggs and sausages. There is a coffee menu (hot coffee only) from Starbucks during breakfast, but it costs around Rp 35,000. Extra breakfast for adults costs Rp 150,000. The room size is quite spacious with a balcony, it is better to book a room with a balcony because it overlooks the sea view. Suitable for bringing children because there is an outdoor playground, sea sand, children's pool, etc. Parking is across from the hotel, there are staff to help arrange it. Overall, the hotel service is satisfactory. One of the hotel choices/recommendations if vacationing in Anyer again. Thank you

Staying here was fun. There were kids' activities. The kids never got bored, constantly asking to swim and go to the beach. The food was delicious, and my kids loved the fish and chips, even though my son is a fussy eater. I'll definitely be back.

Disappointing. The outdoor AC leaked, and the room was hot. I only added freon upon check-in. It was hot again in the middle of the night. I refilled the freon the next morning. It didn't solve the problem, and I didn't get any compensation. At least I could move rooms.

The rooms are too small, making them feel cramped. Breakfast would be better served per room, so there's less hassle and waiting for guests who are still eating. The hotel and surrounding area are pleasant and comfortable. I'd recommend trying again next time.
