Our second visit to Aston Anyer. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and informative. A family- and baby-friendly hotel. The room was clean, and I happened to get a sea-view room. Since I was bringing a baby, they immediately arranged for an extra crib. The staff was friendly and helpful. During my stay, feeding my baby was a bit tricky, but the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good, with my favorites being the cakwe (fried cakwe) and the special green tea with marshmallows. The dinner buffet was also good, with favorites being seafood BBQ, martabak, and chicken katsu.

Everything was fine, except the room wasn't soundproof. The cell phone in the next room kept ringing until midnight, and it could be heard in our room, disrupting our sleep somewhat.

Disappointing. The outdoor AC leaked, and the room was hot. I only added freon upon check-in. It was hot again in the middle of the night. I refilled the freon the next morning. It didn't solve the problem, and I didn't get any compensation. At least I could move rooms.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The kids were very happy here because there was a pool, playground, and access to a private beach. The only thing missing was the bathroom in the room. It was quite slippery and had yellowed spots. It probably needs to be deep cleaned more often. The breakfast variety could also be increased.
