Stayed 3D2N with family. Booked connecting rooms and they were available. The restaurant staff were very friendly, I asked for help heating baby food twice and they helped, even though the restaurant was closed. My child's swimming goggles were lost in the pool, so I asked the staff to help me find them, and they were immediately brought to my room. The service was really great. For a standard 4-star meal, some menus vary daily, but others like porridge, bread, and noodles are always available every day. Strategic location, close to the city center. Standard room size, good cleanliness.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, clean, and fully equipped, with everything from air conditioning and TV to hot water working perfectly. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The front desk was prompt and friendly, making guests feel appreciated. The location is also close to the city center, making travel convenient. Last weekend, my family and I attended a relative's wedding event which happened to be at the Atria Hotel Malang. We deliberately chose the same place to stay as the event venue. We were from Solo, and just arrived in Malang to check in at around 03.00 in the morning. Alhamdulillah, the receptionist service was very good & friendly & the process was fast. Our request when booking the hotel (a room near the lift & mountain view) was also fulfilled. Then because the check out time was supposed to be at 12.00, we tried to ask if there was a time dispensation considering that we were still joining the wedding event & needed time to pack our belongings, we were surprised again because the hotel gave us an extension of time to check out until 13.00. Very satisfied with the service provided. In addition, the menus provided at the wedding from the start of the ceremony to the reception were all delicious ..... with the layout and the hotel team providing the best service ... really the best ... Will stay again at the Atria Hotel Malang if we visit this city again ..

Please make the security guards friendlier🙏🏻 The standard for a hotel at this price is that all the staff are friendly, not rude. Same here, you can't leave food at the front desk. It's a shame if you order a lot at some restaurants, you have to go up and down the basement because there's no drop-off for food. Other hotels, if you don't leave it at the front desk, have a drop-off facility in the basement and you can just leave it there.

When I first arrived, the security guard was unfriendly. He didn't even smile 🙏🏻 and this is the type of hotel where you can't leave your food order at the reception. You have to pick it up directly from the driver in the basement. There's also no drop-off area for orders. Honestly, it's a real shame as a visitor if you have a lot of orders from several restaurants. When I arrived, it was still under renovation. It was okay because I only found out when I arrived. The wallpaper in the room? It's faded and patchy. I was interested in staying here because the hotel was newly renovated and the restaurant lobby was really nice. But the room turned out to have no wallpaper.

Every time I visit Malang, I always come back to stay at this hotel. Especially since the hotel has just finished renovations, the rooms and facilities are even better, and the parking area is quite good. It's highly recommended and child-friendly.

Nice location, clean and neat room, however, I prefer an ergonomic table and chair which are comfortable for online meetings. Restaurant staff also needs to improve service due to not following my instruction (request to freeze, not only refrigerate).

The hotel has just finished renovations, and everything looks luxurious with Javanese touches. I stayed for four nights. Two nights on a floor near the pool. The room was perfectly clean, but it directly faced the pool, so I couldn't open the curtains because of the risk of being seen by poolgoers. The next two nights, I moved to the 5th floor. There was a glass in the room that looked clean, but it had a lipstick stain. This meant that housekeeping hadn't cleaned it properly. I put the glass in the bathroom to be washed when the room was cleaned the next day. The second day after the room was cleaned, I checked the glass and found that the lipstick stain was still there. I tried using my finger, but the stain disappeared, which means that housekeeping hadn't washed the glass properly. Maybe they just poured water on it, not soap? Atria Hotel management, please take note. The towels in the second room were also poor quality, very different from those provided on the 3rd floor. Overall, my stay at the Atria Hotel was very enjoyable.

My holiday staying experience is superb. Arriving in the evening early January 26, at the renovated hotel facilities, very clean, brighter, luxury looks at the lobby area. I loved the new looks! Our breakfast experience also very good, with attentive, smile, and helpful Daily Worker staff named Sisca at Restaurant Legen. I was staying at the renovated room 3rd floor behind the swimming pool, which I just knew it upon early in the morning due I heard the pool pump sound from my room, it woke me up then..hmm. Happy to come back next time, thank you Atria!
