The staff was very kind and friendly, the hotel was clean and brightly lit, and the room interior was also beautiful. After a body ache the night before on the train, sleeping on this bed was really comfortable. It's definitely worth staying here when in Malang.

A comfortable hotel for a staycation. The spacious, new-looking rooms feature soft mattresses, and the room I chose has a smart TV. The lighting is good, giving it a luxurious feel. The bathroom is also great, with a powerful rain shower. The hotel's facilities are quite varied, including a gym and a large swimming pool. The breakfast is delicious, but I found the menu to be lacking in variety. I'll be back again when I'm in Malang. 👍

The hotel is still clean. The room is spacious and tidy. The bathroom is also clean. The staff are friendly, and there is plenty of parking available. Minor issues: There is a slight but constant vibration in certain areas, especially in my room on the 9th floor. I'm not sure what’s causing it. The bathroom needs more clothes hangers or shelves. The wait time for the elevators is also quite long, even though there are three of them.
