When I first arrived, it seemed quiet. Maybe because it was Friday. But after dark, it turned out that quite a lot of people were staying. There are 2 water arenas, a regular pool and a waterpark. The waterpark is open from 8:30 to 16:00. The room is clean. The AC is cold. There are quite a lot of mosquitoes because it is right by the sea. Behind the room is connected to an artificial lake with artificial islands that can also be used for canoeing. The atmosphere is comfortable and shady because there are many trees. Only for breakfast, the menu is not very varied. In my experience when I stayed, the menu includes white rice, fried rice, fried vermicelli, fried chicken, vegetable soup, cut fruit, bread and various jams, salad (cabbage, carrots, green beans, cucumber) with 2 kinds of dressing. Overall, it's okay because the atmosphere is not boring and there are many activities that can be done. Thank you Coconut Island

Honestly, for a hotel priced at 1.1 million, this is not worth it. The bathroom cleanliness is lacking, the floor is a bit slippery and there are crusts on the floor that make it a bit disgusting. The color is brown. The room lights are also too dim, too warm, like just a night light without any bright lights. The front of the room is also dirty, the canoe area in front of the room is a dead end path so it looks like still water, lots of dry leaves and grass, not well maintained. Don't expect a decent beach area, nope. The bedsheet smells, it's clean white but smells, like it wasn't changed after the previous customer, body odor. We checked out early because it was uncomfortable. The food wasn't very good either. It's sad to have to review this dissatisfied, but hopefully it will provide input for the hotel. The staff is 100 out of 10, they are friendly. The hotel ambiance is lacking. TBH, I won't stay again.

Actually, it's not bad for the price which is still affordable, the staff is friendly, the location is strategic, but there are things that need to be paid attention to, namely the corners of the rooms need to be cleaned again and the private pool which is for adults has a slippery floor which is not cleaned often enough, the food is quite good even though there is not much variety...so far it's not bad...

For 1.7 million rupiah per night, it's simply not worth it. You can't play on the beach, the area is scary, and it's poorly maintained. While the photos looked convincing, when we arrived, it was amazing. The pool was dirty, so we ended up finding a public beach near the cottage.

+) ALL THE STAFF/EMPLOYEES ARE VERY FRIENDLY, VERY HELPFUL +) WELCOME DRINK + WET TOWEL VERY REFRESHING, REAL COCONUT WATER. +) Adequate facilities, kids will love it +) Free water park + canoeing +) Very fast check-in +) Excellent Wi-Fi connection -) The atmosphere is a bit scary. It's non-stop on the roof tiles in the middle of the night until dawn, with animal sounds like they're scratching on the tiles. -) Breakfast lacks variety. Children over 1.5 years old are charged 75,000 Rupiah, but the breakfast menu is very minimal. -) The water heater only heats up for a few seconds, then cools down again. If you want it hot, you have to wait 20 minutes. 😭 CONCLUSION: DISADVANTAGES HELPED BY ADEQUATE STAFF AND FACILITIES. IF YOU WANT A MORE VARIED BREAKFAST MENU, I'M SURE YOU WILL RETURN. AND THE WATER HEATER WILL BE REPAIRED AGAIN.

Just got a vacation to the beach again, the hotel atmosphere is comfortable. There is a billiard table. so you can play. and at that time it was free. the restaurant has many menu choices, but it only took 1.5 hours to finish everything. it turned out that only 1 person served us who ordered 10 menus. and there was no entertainment because the TV was not covered by wifi.

Overall, the staff is very friendly and standby 24 hours, the facilities are also quite complete, a few suggestions and input: because the room is close to the water, beach, and many plants, it would be better if in the future a UV box is provided for mosquito/insect traps, because there are mosquitoes and insects such as flying ants that interfere with rest, and maybe for the management it would be better if they often do maintenance to each room, because the room I got had a bathroom door that couldn't be closed, the water tap was difficult to close so it leaked and disturbed rest, the room door was a bit difficult to open until my wife also had difficulty opening the door. and finally, maybe this place would be a more recommended place if the beach was improved, because this hotel provides "beach" facilities, but the beach is not recommended because there is no sand and a bit of a fishy smell. hopefully in the future it will be improved again so that the quality of the room is balanced with the service staff. my rate 1-10: 6.5 because the service staff is very satisfying

The waterboom swimming pool area is unfortunately still under repair, the surrounding environment, especially the beach, really needs to be cleaned because the hotel is already good but its cleanliness needs to be improved. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is delicious, but please have more variations, especially the cleanliness, check the condition of the food again whether there is any that is expired or not.
