My experience after staying at that hotel: my body was itchy, probably because of the mites, and the view was terrible. Furthermore, the hotel had a lot of rules that I disliked the most. We had to pay a deposit of Rp 150,000, and there were so many rules that we could even be fined Rp 1 million for breaking them. It was really bad.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights because I had business in Panama. The room, facilities, and food were delicious. The tom yum was delicious. However, there was something that offended me. While I was having breakfast, a restaurant staff member seemed to be constantly watching me. Then, while my room was being cleaned, I asked for a refill of mineral water, but the receptionist's response was rude and unprofessional. During my stay at Pekanbaru hotels, this is the first time I've experienced such service. Please improve the service.

The hotel staff are all friendly, I often stay here because I don't have to go far to find culinary delights. I was a little disappointed because the windows were often mossy and dirty, I'm one of those people who likes to take photos of the view outside the window, maybe there's a solution to keep the windows from getting dirty.

Access to culinary tours is very easy, as Ayola is surrounded by food. I chose a room overlooking Riau Garden City, so I could see the lights and activity from my room. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. I'll definitely stay here again next time 😁
