Stay here is very convenient, many games such as billiard, ping pong, volley, chess, close to the beach like private beach, very friendly service, every meal must always be welcome to be invited to chat, so comfort, for the room is also very comfortable i message yg bungallow suite, cold AC, all arranged neatly, trs can ask for set up honeymoon free and surprise again plus honeymoon cake ... so excited .. thanks bali tropic for waiter 🙂

The resort's own private beach is definitely an advantage. It has beautiful views. Moreover, its restaurant provides satisfying typical American breakfast food you wouldn't complain for. The service is not disappointing either, making it a great choice for your holiday accommodation.

The pool was great! The swim up bar was fun and very relaxing. And although I didn't attend the water aerobics I saw how energetic and fun it was during my cooking class near the pool. All fitness levels and ages in attendance.

Room service was poor. It take long time to serve. Breakfast service was poor. Food was always out and it took long time to re fill. Not enough staff to service to the table. Renovation was going on and it continued late in the evening. Upon complaint, I was advised it will stop, which never happened. I was further advised that room will be changed unfortunately never happened during the entirety of the staff Overall very poor experience

The staff were absolutely lovely. The room was amazing with lives comfy beds and AC. The food & drink were wonderful! The pool, pool bar and beach were spotlessly clean. Unfortunately I picked up Bali Belly from the resort but the onsite doctor and nurse were amazing coming to my room to give me IV fluids and other meds. I would definitely go back!

The room was ready for us and the staff so helpful even though we arrived at 1:45AM. Due to flight issues, we missed our first night and it was too late to cancel. The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of fresh choices and fresh made options. Staff was super friendly. The grounds were beautiful. We will return and stay here another time.

This property is listed as a four star property and it isnt at best it is three star. The resort rooms are tired and in need of renovation. We had a constant smell of sewage and damp/mould in our room and were provided a dehumidifier as a solution. A request for a room move was met with 'equivalent room not available but we can downgrade you' response. Alternative room also smelled. The room was not made up properly on a number of occasions. The bed not made up and cups/glasses not replaced. It should be noted that water is provided via a communal water cooler in the hallway in favour of bottled water. The front desk team had very little knowledge outside of their job eg. What was in the local area and were for the most unhelpful. The tour desk manager was never at the desk! Perhaps the biggest black mark is reserved for NYE, where we paid $500 for a NYE gala dinner which was in fact a buffet with very average wine on offer. The drag queen was mediocre and spent the majority of her act sucking up to the resort owners who were attending! The resort also decided 10 minutes before midnight that there would be no fireworks. The only upside to this debacle was the band who were excellent! Upsides, a great pool, swim up bar, the grounds and spa. Barman Chiko a real plus for the place! Downsides, in addition to the above, favouritism shown to eastern europeans also holidaying there. It was very noticeable! Has potential IF updated. Many other 4 star resorts in the area to try.

As with most of Bali, the staff were really polite and welcoming. The hotel itself is a bit dated in terms of outdoor space with the beach needing more loungers and the other areas needing a bit of a spruce up. What I cannot knock are the nice looking rooms and price of the stay, this is the main reason I gave a 4* review along with the staff.

Attractive and spacious room however there was a lot of street noise and a local dog barking into the night. Pool was appealing but we were only there for a short stay and didn’t use it. The food was very ordinary and probably the biggest downfall. There were some restaurants, a spa and a sports bar as well as shops and other conveniences within easy walking distance.

We arrived in the morning from a flight from Lombok and knowing check in was in the afternoon we were happy to spend time at the pool area , however the porter took our large suitcase and we had no offer from any staff to carry our 2 heavy backpacks or to show where pool was so had to find ourselves . The lady that checked us in was not friendly and was training another lady and was quite off handed..We booked deluxe bungalow and whilst room was spacious the price we paid for two nights was over $500 AUD and for that price we would have expected a reasonable sized shower gel instead of a very smal L tube which would allow for 1 shower each not eco friendly at all and a pump size refillable would be eco friendly . On one day it rained and we couldn’t have lunch at the resort as it had one restaurant opened for all inclusive guests which we weren’t. , so we had to go outside the profit lunch with only one umbrella allocated per room ! The front steps upto the entrance has a missing tile on it and I almost fell down the steps . The cocktails were very weak also . We would not recommend this property for the above reasons and at best would rate 3 star

We stayed in a Deluxe room big bathroom with bath & separate shower, toilet separate with a door.The room was clean no mould or scum in bathroom. Had a porch on ground floor upper levels had a balcony.Sheets ,towels nice white & clean.Breakfast was good had everything. Hotel was on the beach grass to the white sand, hightide was best time to swim. Recommend staying 3 to 4 nights not a lot around Hotel need to take taxi to restaurants. The Deluxe rooms are entry level rooms its not worth paying Extra for a suite in our view the room was plenty big enough for a couple.

Poor check in. Taken to a different room than the one booked. Had to wait a long time to check in but were compensated with a buffet dinner & cocktail. Our room was very noisy as it was near the road & we could hear the traffic. Very difficult to get a lazy boy by the pool as other guests were placing towels on them early in the morning.& not returning them when finished.

What a beautiful property. Nice beach area, with beautiful sand and walking path access. Breakfast buffet has many options for all. The delux room is farther with some rooms not having a view but still a beautiful room, and lots of places on the property to sit and relax!
