Le Bali Tropic Resort vous transporte dans un autre monde. La zen attitude est juste exceptionnelle. Le personnel est adorable à tous points de vue. Petit point négatif, mais pas du tout imputable à l’hôtel, les marées. Les déchets rejetés par la mer gâche vraiment le paysage, même si régulièrement le personnel ENTERRE pas très efficacement ces derniers.

Bonne climatisation des chambres. Le frigo de la chambre était sale ainsi que la baignoire, des mouches sortaient de celle ci. Des vers dans les toilettes et la salle de bain. La piscine aurait pu plus propre, nos maillots de blanc ressortait jaune… Le personnel très chaleureux. Les alcools sont chères Et la nourriture est bien dommage que lors du petit déjeuné, les oiseaux mangeaient le pain et il y avait des mouches.

Attractive and spacious room however there was a lot of street noise and a local dog barking into the night. Pool was appealing but we were only there for a short stay and didn’t use it. The food was very ordinary and probably the biggest downfall. There were some restaurants, a spa and a sports bar as well as shops and other conveniences within easy walking distance.

We arrived in the morning from a flight from Lombok and knowing check in was in the afternoon we were happy to spend time at the pool area , however the porter took our large suitcase and we had no offer from any staff to carry our 2 heavy backpacks or to show where pool was so had to find ourselves . The lady that checked us in was not friendly and was training another lady and was quite off handed..We booked deluxe bungalow and whilst room was spacious the price we paid for two nights was over $500 AUD and for that price we would have expected a reasonable sized shower gel instead of a very smal L tube which would allow for 1 shower each not eco friendly at all and a pump size refillable would be eco friendly . On one day it rained and we couldn’t have lunch at the resort as it had one restaurant opened for all inclusive guests which we weren’t. , so we had to go outside the profit lunch with only one umbrella allocated per room ! The front steps upto the entrance has a missing tile on it and I almost fell down the steps . The cocktails were very weak also . We would not recommend this property for the above reasons and at best would rate 3 star

We stayed in a Deluxe room big bathroom with bath & separate shower, toilet separate with a door.The room was clean no mould or scum in bathroom. Had a porch on ground floor upper levels had a balcony.Sheets ,towels nice white & clean.Breakfast was good had everything. Hotel was on the beach grass to the white sand, hightide was best time to swim. Recommend staying 3 to 4 nights not a lot around Hotel need to take taxi to restaurants. The Deluxe rooms are entry level rooms its not worth paying Extra for a suite in our view the room was plenty big enough for a couple.

Poor check in. Taken to a different room than the one booked. Had to wait a long time to check in but were compensated with a buffet dinner & cocktail. Our room was very noisy as it was near the road & we could hear the traffic. Very difficult to get a lazy boy by the pool as other guests were placing towels on them early in the morning.& not returning them when finished.

What a beautiful property. Nice beach area, with beautiful sand and walking path access. Breakfast buffet has many options for all. The delux room is farther with some rooms not having a view but still a beautiful room, and lots of places on the property to sit and relax!

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Service staff were amazing, food was good (but the breakfast could be more imaginative) and the grounds were well kept. It is located on the beachfront pathway that runs along the Nusa Dua waterfront which extends for some kilometres. The rear of the property is close to a busy road which can be noisy. I would suggest you stay away from this area. The resort still uses tiny plastic bottles for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They need to replace these with dispensers attached to the shower wall as many hotels/resorts have done to avoid the waste this creates. Finally, the gym equipment is very tired, some of it is rusty and adjustment pins no longer work on much of it. It is beyond repair and needs to be replaced.

Rooms were spacious and clean staff were good the toilet in room didn’t flush very well had to use the lobby toilet the food in the restaurant next to pool was disgusting couldn’t eat it the breakfast in the main eating area was nice Handy spa and pepitos (basic food shopping) across the road all in all was too bad but the outside is very run down

Le Bali Tropic Resort vous transporte dans un autre monde. La zen attitude est juste exceptionnelle. Le personnel est adorable à tous points de vue. Petit point négatif, mais pas du tout imputable à l’hôtel, les marées. Les déchets rejetés par la mer gâche vraiment le paysage, même si régulièrement le personnel ENTERRE pas très efficacement ces derniers.

Bonne climatisation des chambres. Le frigo de la chambre était sale ainsi que la baignoire, des mouches sortaient de celle ci. Des vers dans les toilettes et la salle de bain. La piscine aurait pu plus propre, nos maillots de blanc ressortait jaune… Le personnel très chaleureux. Les alcools sont chères Et la nourriture est bien dommage que lors du petit déjeuné, les oiseaux mangeaient le pain et il y avait des mouches.

Attractive and spacious room however there was a lot of street noise and a local dog barking into the night. Pool was appealing but we were only there for a short stay and didn’t use it. The food was very ordinary and probably the biggest downfall. There were some restaurants, a spa and a sports bar as well as shops and other conveniences within easy walking distance.

We arrived in the morning from a flight from Lombok and knowing check in was in the afternoon we were happy to spend time at the pool area , however the porter took our large suitcase and we had no offer from any staff to carry our 2 heavy backpacks or to show where pool was so had to find ourselves . The lady that checked us in was not friendly and was training another lady and was quite off handed..We booked deluxe bungalow and whilst room was spacious the price we paid for two nights was over $500 AUD and for that price we would have expected a reasonable sized shower gel instead of a very smal L tube which would allow for 1 shower each not eco friendly at all and a pump size refillable would be eco friendly . On one day it rained and we couldn’t have lunch at the resort as it had one restaurant opened for all inclusive guests which we weren’t. , so we had to go outside the profit lunch with only one umbrella allocated per room ! The front steps upto the entrance has a missing tile on it and I almost fell down the steps . The cocktails were very weak also . We would not recommend this property for the above reasons and at best would rate 3 star

We stayed in a Deluxe room big bathroom with bath & separate shower, toilet separate with a door.The room was clean no mould or scum in bathroom. Had a porch on ground floor upper levels had a balcony.Sheets ,towels nice white & clean.Breakfast was good had everything. Hotel was on the beach grass to the white sand, hightide was best time to swim. Recommend staying 3 to 4 nights not a lot around Hotel need to take taxi to restaurants. The Deluxe rooms are entry level rooms its not worth paying Extra for a suite in our view the room was plenty big enough for a couple.

Poor check in. Taken to a different room than the one booked. Had to wait a long time to check in but were compensated with a buffet dinner & cocktail. Our room was very noisy as it was near the road & we could hear the traffic. Very difficult to get a lazy boy by the pool as other guests were placing towels on them early in the morning.& not returning them when finished.

What a beautiful property. Nice beach area, with beautiful sand and walking path access. Breakfast buffet has many options for all. The delux room is farther with some rooms not having a view but still a beautiful room, and lots of places on the property to sit and relax!

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Service staff were amazing, food was good (but the breakfast could be more imaginative) and the grounds were well kept. It is located on the beachfront pathway that runs along the Nusa Dua waterfront which extends for some kilometres. The rear of the property is close to a busy road which can be noisy.
