My family and I booked this hotel at the last minute, as we were too tired to return to Jakarta. Since we had not made adequate preparations for our stay, I requested several items (sarung, mukena, and sajadah) from the housekeeping staff, and I am grateful that they were able to provide everything promptly. The Bali World Hotel is an older establishment, but it remains well-maintained and comfortable. Its proximity to my children's school was the primary reason we selected this accommodation. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was quite enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to others.

As for the staff service? We give it our all. Despite seemingly mediocre support and "facilities," the staff strives to provide the best possible service. It's a shame that the hotel's strategic location, on a national road, surrounded by private and government offices, spacious rooms, and very competitive prices, seems to lack support from "higher up." As a suggestion, please ask the management, or if possible, the owner, to personally inspect each room's facilities to see if they are functioning properly and as they should. Are the rooms clean, and are they damp? We're sure this hotel was once a success in its day; it would be a shame if it lost out to the surrounding hotels and apartments...

The room is spacious, but the bathroom doesn't have a cap stopper, so I was confused about where to put the towels I'd just used and wanted to use again. The staff is friendly, especially at the restaurant. My roommate couldn't come down for breakfast, so the staff allowed me to bring the food to my room. The dining room is spacious, and the food is complete. My favorites are the huah prayer and vegetables.

strategic location and not congested. The room is clean, only the smell from the toilet enters the bedroom. The bathroom door often opens by itself because the lock is worth replacing. The breakfast menu is good and tastes good, only there are few waiters so the menu that runs out takes a long time to be refilled. The waiters are friendly. The connection from building one to Kedung Dua should be provided with a pedestrian bridge, because when you want to go to building one from building two, there are many vehicles passing by

Although it seems like an old hotel, the rooms have been upgraded to be modern. They're clean and comfortable, although the AC in my room wasn't cold enough. The swimming pool is very clean.
