It's perfect for families. The man at the back door is very friendly and helpful with crossing. 😁

Overall was good, but during check-in the room card didn't work properly, so we had to wait in the hallway. My friend informed the front desk, but instead of taking quick action, he asked too many questions like “what’s the lamp color on the door?” and so on. Also, he was less friendly. Second, there is no bathroom mat, making our feet wet. The flush was kind of broken, so we had to put some more effort to press it, lmao. The AC remote didn't work properly as well; we couldn't operate the AC nor turn it off. Please upgrade the television to a smart one. Well, the meal was good though.

Always loyal when I go to Bandung to stay here, and always come back here.

Subhanallah, I was so happy staying at this hotel. It was so clean, comfortable, and my kids were so happy. The breakfast was delicious. You get so many amenities for such a low price.

Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this is the first time I've given this hotel a poor rating. If the rooms aren't soundproof, it would be nice to have some rules to keep noise levels down, especially in the hotel room area, as it can disturb other guests. The front desk wasn't very friendly and the service was lacking. The rooms were still infested with mosquitoes, and they weren't very clean. Overall, I'll think twice about staying at this hotel again if there aren't improvements. Thank you.

The hotel staff were friendly, with some issues, but they were quick to resolve. Some issues include the door not opening, and the AC remote control not being compatible. The room was clean, and the swimming pool was quite spacious and clean, although there was no hot water. However, the hot water in the bathroom was flowing smoothly. The lobby, smoking, and non-smoking areas were also comfortable. Breakfast options were varied, with fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel's standard ambiance. There are only a few things that could be improved: the parking lot was dirty and smelly, and the room was clean, but the sheets were still dirty. The TV looks like it's from the Majapahit era; it should be replaced with a modern one. But for this price of 500,000 Rupiah, it's worth staying here again.

Stayed in the back building. Had to cross the street to get to the restaurant. The room was nice, but there was no place to hang clothes in the toilet.
