For a comfortable room, I'd just ask that you spray the room with Baygon first because there are quite a lot of mosquitoes. As for the facilities, everything is comfortable.

The AC in room 3003 is not cold enough and the toilet seat, if it could be replaced, is dirty, probably old.

The security and receptionist service were good... but there was something that made me uncomfortable and ended up complaining. On the day I was going to check out at 9 am, my room was opened immediately by the room service officer. I was surprised and then he said, 'Do you want to try today?' I said yes. Then he said, 'Oh yeah, I'm reminding you to get ready.' I was dumbfounded. Usually in my experience staying at any hotel, if we check out late, the receptionist calls and asks if we want to extend or not. Then she closes the door again. I thought, how dare she open the door when there are still guests. 3 hours before check out is a long time, you know. I was also still feeding my child. Ah, really, next time, whatever the situation, the door must be locked. Even though I thought my child and husband were safe and we felt safe, the only point is... the room service officer's ethics were zero.

Although the hotel is old, it's quite clean and in a strategic location. I got a room with a great view. It's clean and has complete amenities.

Very happy with the friendly service

I stayed in room 131 for three days. The air conditioning wasn't cooling, and the room was infested with mosquitoes at night.

The atmosphere is cool even though it's on a main road, and it's easy to access malls, restaurants, and more. The pool is aesthetically pleasing, and the staff is helpful. If you're looking for an affordable yet comfortable staycation with delicious food, come here!

It's close to Metro Mall, so I'm happy because it's close to access there.

It's perfect for families. The man at the back door is very friendly and helpful with crossing. 😁

Overall was good, but during check-in the room card didn't work properly, so we had to wait in the hallway. My friend informed the front desk, but instead of taking quick action, he asked too many questions like “what’s the lamp color on the door?” and so on. Also, he was less friendly. Second, there is no bathroom mat, making our feet wet. The flush was kind of broken, so we had to put some more effort to press it, lmao. The AC remote didn't work properly as well; we couldn't operate the AC nor turn it off. Please upgrade the television to a smart one. Well, the meal was good though.

Always loyal when I go to Bandung to stay here, and always come back here.

Friendly service, although not what I wanted. If you choose a twin bed, they say all the views face the neighbors. Not great. I wanted to upgrade, but they were full. Maybe it was the holiday season. Overall, good.

Subhanallah, I was so happy staying at this hotel. It was so clean, comfortable, and my kids were so happy. The breakfast was delicious. You get so many amenities for such a low price.
