From the outside, it looks simple, but as soon as I entered, the atmosphere immediately felt clean, calm, and comfortable. 🏨 Ambiance & Facilities: The room was spacious and tidy, with cool air conditioning, hot water, a soft mattress, and perfect lighting for a good night's rest. The Wi-Fi was also stable, so I could still work or watch movies smoothly. There's a small lounge in the lobby area that's comfortable for relaxing with coffee. 🤝 Staff Service: The staff were friendly and responsive. When I asked for more drinking water and an adapter, they delivered it to my room without me having to wait long. It felt like I was truly being served with genuine sincerity. 💡 Highlights: What I liked most was the quiet atmosphere of this hotel, even though it's close to the harbor. You can see ships in the distance from your room window — quite relaxing, especially at night. 💰 Price: For this price, the facilities and comfort are well worth it. The staff is very friendly, both the female KK and the brother, they are all very friendly. Very clean and tidy. There is a shuttle that can take you to Harbour Bay. Actually, you can walk because you are carrying a suitcase so ask for a shuttle. It is easy to find food around the hotel. There is a Circle K and Alfa 24 hours. For short-term or long-term stays, it is still enjoyable. The room is also quite big, open 2 suitcases and there is still space. Thanks, KK staff. I will be back. Oh yes, the wifi is also fast

Clean, good layout (for the 2nd floor & above), no breakfast but close with minimarket to buy something on the night/morning, surrounded by big hotel, club/pub & near the Harbour Bay. Just walk 10 minutes. Recommended upper floor.

Receptionnya sangat buruk tidak senyum, muka masam, masa kita mau minta kunci dibilang saya bookingan, padahal kami suami istri, kemudian pada tanggal 9/3/1023 karena hotel pertamanya full, terpaksa kami pindah lagi ke hotel itu dan sama pelayanan reception cewek jutek dan masam dan kami harus keluar kamar padahal pada saat itu waktunya sholat Jumat. Kami tidak akan pernah menginap di sana lagi sampai kapan pun. Dan suatu saat hotel itu akan saya beli buat beri pelajaran bahwa jangan memandang remeh tamu karena tamu adalah raja.
