I ordered in the middle of the night and got a bad room:( When I arrived, the room was open, the bathroom door couldn't be closed, the shower couldn't stand upright, there was no shampoo. Huaaaa even though I was really tired after a long trip from NTT.

The room was okay, I liked it. The toilet wasn't very clean, with tissue marks on it. The sink area was a bit leaky. It would have been better if Netflix was available in the room. The chair in the room was no longer suitable, with lots of holes. The receptionist and some of the staff could use a little more smile.

Overall okay, but it would be better if the bathroom curtain was replaced with a new one, because there are many black spots, which is not proper for a room suite to have such a look. And the balcony also has many dry plant leaves that are not tidied up. Other than that, it's okay, the staff are friendly, the breakfast variety is sufficient, the hotel room is comfortable, and it's close to Living Plaza and McD and other eateries.
