The hotel staff service is good and very pleasant

It's fun, the distance to the destination is close to culinary places.

A place where every time someone comes to Jababeka, they definitely stay here.

Third time staying here. I once stayed in 2019 and it was still clean & fresh. Now I got a room that smelled of cigarettes (even though I had requested a non-smoking room), the AC wasn't cold & there was no mini fridge. After waiting 1.5 hours, I was finally able to move to another room, but the cigarette smell was still there, there was a mini fridge but it wasn't cold at all, but luckily the AC was cold. If you want to stay here, try to wipe it down with wet tissue first because the room wasn't very clean. The breakfast was standard for the price. We also used the gym, it was usable except for the stationary bike which we didn't understand how to activate. If you want to find lunch/dinner, you can order delivery from the restaurant in the hotel or you can also go to Livin Plaza just across. Overall, everything for this hotel is worth the price.

I've stayed here several times and the staff are all friendly. The place is comfortable and always kept clean. The location is convenient and not far from the city center.

After a holiday in Jakarta, I was getting ready to return to Bandung, but I wanted to stop by Cikarang and see something new. I ended up staying at the Batiqa Hotel, which turned out to be quite enjoyable. I stopped by Living Plaza for a coffee in the evening. I'd definitely stay at the Batiqa Cikarang again.

The service is top-notch, especially the security and parking. The best!

I actually chose the wrong hotel because it didn't have any child-friendly facilities. But the hotel was comfortable, the room was clean, and the food was delicious. My dad even asked for extra food, which he usually doesn't. If possible, provide child-friendly facilities, which would make the stay even more enjoyable.

Every time I go to Cikarang, Batiqa is my first choice for accommodation. It's very comfortable and quiet.
