1. When I first arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly male staff. The staff at the restaurant were also very polite and friendly 🙏🏻 2. I continued the reservation and was asked to deposit 100 thousand, it's okay, 100 thousand. It's a shame that a 3-star hotel with such a situation is asked for a deposit, inferior to a 3/4/5 star hotel. When I got to my room, I checked that the bed was still nice and soft, only the bed sheets and bad cover had a lot of stains. 3. I checked the bathroom first, oh my god, for whatever reason I said there was no smell of sewage from the closet or the smell of sewage gas. Oh my God, I immediately closed the bathroom door and didn't want to go back to the bathroom again. (where did I pee)😩 4. Finally, I decided to rest for an hour, oh my god, it was really noisy outside, the sound of frogs and toads, you know, the sound of frogs and toads is really loud. How could I rest 😭 I finally forced myself to lie down, there was another noise from the next room. The noise was right above my head, resulting in a headache. So it's like a divan where the bed wobbles. I don't know what the guest next door is doing 😬 the soundproofing is less or there is no soundproofing. Until the voice of a guest or cariawan from outside was heard in the room, it was very noisy with laughter. 5. Finally I called CS and I explained the chronology, as a result I was moved to the far end of room 102. I'm happy with the story because it will be very comfortable, it turns out what happened in the new room, oh my god, and the bathroom smells like a drain 😷, the bed 🛌 is not as comfortable as the first Bad, this one is ambles and is chaotic crack crack crack 😭 until the middle of the evening the smell of the drain or sipiteng gas is very strong all the way to the room. Even though the intention is to go back tomorrow with the children because the intention and purpose of staying is to do the survey, it's not enough just once. It turns out that what I felt in other reviews is the same 🤭 please hotel management improve the condition of the room first, not out of the scope of the renovation. Customer comfort is the number one thing that should be prioritized. For the staff, everything is okay

I booked a room downstairs because I was staying with my mom. It was right in front of the reception. So far, the staff is friendly and I ordered room service twice because I was tired of going to the restaurant upstairs because there's no elevator. I definitely recommend the kuetiaw! It's so cool and makes me miss it. From the top, you can see the beautiful view of the Sentul mountains.

Stayed here for a staycation. The place was okay, but it was very noisy in the morning due to renovations, so my sleep was disturbed. The bathroom also smelled musty when I entered, as if it hadn't been used for a long time.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. For the rate offered, all the facilities and the surrounding environment were very supportive. All the staff were very friendly, from room service, cleaning staff, security, to restaurant servers, they were very helpful and made our stay easy. All the restrooms were very clean. Futsal and badminton areas are also under construction, and the upstairs restrooms were also very clean. With a very reasonable rate and categorized as family-friendly (especially for those with toddlers), the owner has run his business very well and wisely, making it easier for his business and his fortune to expand his lodging. We plan to return again, because of the comfort, security, and hospitality provided. We really felt like home, even though it was our first time. Thank you, Bell's Place! Keep it up and see you next time!

The security guard was very friendly. We stayed without breakfast. The hotel so far is quite good for that price, there is a swimming pool and some toys for children. I was just a bit surprised that the twin beds cannot be moved for reasons of minimizing damage. This is the first time I have found a hotel that prohibits putting twin beds together). I have heard of a customer who was also asked to pay when there were food particles on the sheets. So during the stay there was a tense sensation 😂 because I was thinking about the many hotel rules. In the room there were several signs that prohibit this and that (it was not pleasing to the eye for me and made me uncomfortable🙏). The food at the cafe was very delicious, the staff were also friendly, the view was top, got a welcome drink and ice cream for the children.
