It's conveniently located, there's no traffic, great views, clean rooms, complete amenities, delicious food, a photo booth, and fun activities like a balloon house, sports field, animal enclosures, and electric scooters. Beyond expectations. Before coming here, I'd actually seen reviews in the form of photos, videos, and reviews from previous guests, but experiencing it firsthand was completely different, exceeding expectations. For a budget-friendly accommodation, what I got was extraordinary, with lots of free kid-friendly activities. The food in the restaurant was also delicious, with beautiful views of Sentul. "I'll stay here again sometime," a statement rarely uttered by families.

The hotel is affordable, yet comfortable and clean. I love the cafe on the top floor with its serene views and affordable prices. There's also a photo booth, and there was live music when I came on the weekend. This is my second visit. The first time I had Christmas dinner here, it was very memorable. All the staff are friendly, and the food is delicious.

A budget-friendly vacation. It's worth it for under 300,000 Rupiah. It's very kid-friendly, and the kids were delighted. There's a swimming pool, playground, mini soccer, billiards, scooters, and animals. Overall, the kids were happy.

The staff was friendly, and the check-in process was hassle-free even though it wasn't check-in time yet. The kids were very happy there for three days, but the Wi-Fi wasn't very fast, and Netflix/YouTube was often slow.

Too noisy, not sure if the sound of shifting things maybe, whether from the employees on the 2nd/3rd floor or indeed from the hotel guests. After 8 pm and 6 am it is still noisy so it disturbs rest time. For the rooftop restaurant service is top notch equivalent to a 5-star hotel, in fact not all 5-star hotels can provide very friendly and fast service when called as if running like that. The way of serving is cool and it doesn't take long for the food and drinks to come out. All the employees are friendly to greet, but for the front office is less pleasant, less friendly maybe also because they are tired, but even if they are tired, there is no need to show it to the guests. The explanation about the facilities or smoking area is also minimal, even though a smoking area on the rooftop can help the restaurant's sales too, but it is directed to the basement.
