The staff at this hotel are very friendly, we were very lucky to be able to check in early (in the morning) on Saturday, December 13th, because there were guests who had already checked out, we were very helped and the hotel room was also ready, clean, and the soft fragrance of the room, as if it erased the fatigue after an early morning flight of more than 3 hours.

Found a cockroach in the bathroom. When we checked in, we had arranged for an airport drop-off. When we checked out the next morning, the staff said there was no information.

I stayed at this hotel for six days. The room given was very clean and spacious. It looked like a small hotel from the outside, but it was spacious enough. The aircon was quite cold. Everything was in good order.

A pleasant stay. Plenty of food vendors, centrally located, and quite close to the airport. It's also close to the Ternate mall and hypermarket.

Great hotel, conveniently located. 5 min motorbike ride to Gamalama trailhead. Rooms are spacious and clean with great shower. Staff is attentive and helpful. Great juice bar across the street.

For the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel is quite good….but only once staying at this hotel, the price is expensive with minimal facilities…breakfast variety is lacking, there is no bell boy..check in at 8 pm I brought my own 3 suitcases and 2 carry-ons. I stayed in a junior suite for around 1,500,000 with the hope of more facilities but it did not meet expectations. The sound of people going up and down the elevator can be heard all the way to the room. The location is on a narrow street, there is only 1 elevator and it is small. Sorry, this is a shophouse building that was forced to be a hotel.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, affordable, and the service is friendly. The food is a bit lacking in variety, with more Ternate specialties than national dishes, but overall, it's quite tasty. Parking is limited and cramped. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.
