Access roads to the location are badly damaged, directions to the location are not clear, many facilities are damaged and not maintained. The functional room is dirty, smells and has lots of flies, the boba is dirty and has many patches, it looks shabby. Not worth the price offered. Disappointed! The only thing that's okay here is, the guard. Friendly and helpful enough if anyone needs anything. They themselves admit to the shortcomings that exist in this facility, but there is no serious response from the owner of the facility. Not recommended.!

The road access to the location is badly damaged, plus the condition after the rain feels off-road, so the booba cover is lacking so that privacy is not maintained. Overall, it is suitable for those who like the natural atmosphere because of its location in the middle of plantations and hills.

Not comfortable 1. Going in and out of the room is a bit difficult, because it uses an air pump so when you open it it deflates. So if you want to go out or go to the bathroom, it's complicated 2. The pump wind enters directly from the bed room, so at night the air is very cold. 3. 3 times the lights went out during sleep automatically deflated and hit us.

This glamping is very disappointing, I have asked for the swimming pool to be ready to use when I arrived to check in and it was confirmed by the admin before I made the payment, in fact when I arrived, the swimming pool could not be used, only tomorrow morning it can be used according to the field person . The area starts from the road to the location (the road is amazingly destroyed, my Innova car just stuck a few times), the parking lot to the park around it looks like no one is taking care of it. The reason people in the field are because the guests are always busy, so cleaning can't be done because they have to use a lawn mower. Finally I went straight home and moved to another hotel. I gave my 1 million to this place because they said it couldn't be refunded. Hopefully it will be a warning to the management that for me this is very unprofessional and the money they have received is because I am not sincere and so that other people think 1000 times to stay at this place. Highly not recommended.

Our family really enjoyed the exciting experience here, this was our first experience staying in an open area. At first we were worried but we enjoyed it. My child is happy and satisfied. The access is full of obstacles, it is not recommended to use a sedan or the like.

So far, it's comfortable. The pool is also clean. But it's a bit less suitable if you bring small children aged 1 or 2 years. Because they are sensitive. So horror is xixixixixi. It's more suitable for young couples, in my opinion, or children. Young chicks. Or boy. For those who have children, it seems less. According to my experience .

MENYESAL. Tidak worthy untuk akses, dan pelayanan, saya bahkan tidak sampai menginap karena sudah kecewa dimulai saat saya kesulitan mencari jalan yang ditutup, tidak ada petunjuk dan arahan, bahkan disaat saya menghubungi, respon tidak membantu sekali, lalu masih berusha untuk cari jalan lain sendiri melalui akses yang tidak layak (silhkan coba bagi yang penasaran dengan medan jalan akses nya) lalu sesampai di tujuan tidak ada petugas yang membantu, mobil kami tidak bisa masuk, dan keadaan glamping tidak sebersih yang saya kira, cz saya membawa keluarga dan bayi maka saya putuskan untuk pindah ke hotel yang pasti-pasti saja 😂🤣. Sayang sekali saya tidak sempat ambil gambar cz sudah sibuk dengan ribetnya jalan akses keluar masuk serta segera cari hotel untuk bermlm.

Staff sangat membantu, fast respon, baik, ramah, tapi sayang semua staff tidak bermasker, kolam renang sangat kotor, tidak bisa dipakai, remote rusak tapi masih bisa dipakai, jalan menuju glamping uji nyali di saat hujan, jalan setapak, tidak recommen untuk mobil sedan, dan lansia, teko lumutan, bathroom bersih, adadapur, harga terbilang murah bila poolnya bisa dipakai, sarapan kurang enak.

The place has a good view. But the road access is very damaged, so you can't get into a food motorcycle taxi, and there's also no restaurant on the Booba. Only dinner and breakfast are provided. Then it's also a bit noisy when the pump is sleeping. When it rained the kitchen and dining area leaked a lot, the bathroom leaked too. Lots of flies in the kitchen too

Penginapannya ga sesuai harapan, penjaganya yang perempuan ga ramah, trus admin bilang aman buat track mobil dan bawa bayi nyata nya jalan nya kecil berbatu dari ujung sampai ujung, nanjak nurun, ban hampir selip, ga ad bantuan yang bagaimana pas kami dateng bener-bener berusaha sendiri, tempat nya menurut saya belum bisa masuk dalam travel agen karena di luar hotel-hotel yang sudah saya coba, serem deh pokoknya bikin rusak mobil, ga bisa naik mobil nya karena jalan nya kacau padahal cc mobil kami ga kecil dan mobil manual, andai pake matic dan cc kecil yakin 100% ga bisa melewati track jalan nya, kalo td mobil ga dijokiin orang yang tinggal deket sana suka bawa pick up, mungkin saya belum plg, glampingnya ga bersih transparant, ga dirawat si penjaga nya, kotor, makanan nya ga enak, kolam nya ga ad filter jadi kita ga berani berenang. Kalo di bilang 1-10 saya kasih nilai 1 untuk harga 1juta lebih tapi harus hampir mengalami mati konyol atau rusak mobil parah. Bener-bener jalan setapak, saya ga rekomendasikan ke siapapun tempat ini, please pikir belali kali kalo ke sini selain naik jeep.

The location is not strategic, far inside and the roads are bad. The tent that I was in, Shiroi was above, where the swimming pool could not be used because the bottom of the pool was very dirty as if it had never been cleaned, and the water could not be full. We were very disappointed because we deliberately checked in during the day so that the children were more satisfied with swimming, but when asked to clean the swimming pool, but until the evening even until the next day we checked out the swimming pool was still dirty, even though we had repeatedly asked the officer to even inform the staff. owner, but no response from the owner. We regret why we were not informed from the start that the swimming pool could not be cleaned, even though at first the officer said the swimming pool could be cleaned, until finally another officer said the pool was leaking so it was difficult to fill with water. Even though one of the reasons we stayed here was because there was a private swimming pool. Then for the mattress pad there are dirty stains like not replaced. For food, in my opinion, it is advisable to bring food supplies from home, worried that the taste of the food will not be good, and to buy out or go-jek is a bit difficult because it is far, especially at night. There is a stove and a soup pot for small cooking. For the tent, it's a bit of a hassle if you go in and out, because when you open the door the wind will come out and the tent quickly deflates, but it can be filled up again quickly and when you sleep it's a bit noisy the sound of the air pump. The toilet is quite clean, but for the wifi and Telkomsel network it's a bit difficult.

Sempat kena buka tutup, walhasil sampe magrib dan itupun kita muter lewat Tajur. Nah yang mau lewat Tajur, ini kukasih referensi jalur alternatifnya: 1. Dari tajur ke arah jalan taman safari. 2. Tiap ketemu penunjuk arah "Cisarua" dan "taman safari", tetap pilih taman safari. 3. Nembusnya langsung ke jalan taman safari (yang sudah banyak jualan wortel) note: jalur ini ga akan bikin kita ketemu jalan utama jalur Puncak jadi aman dari buka tutup. 4. Baru masukin map Booba Glamping (ikutin aja map nya) note: di sepanjang jalur kita ga bakal nemuin penunjuk arah "Booba Glamping", kalo bingung telepon aja pihak Boobanya untuk minta dipandu (kita juga dipandu karena nyasar dan sudah gelap grgrgrgrr). Kelebihan: 1. View keren, tendanya unik. Berasa tidur dalam balon raksasa. 2. Ada private pool jadi bocah bisa berenang bebas. 3. Karena ruangan dapur shiroi tent ada penutup transparant gitu (kalo kuria tent terbuka), aktivitas kita lebih banyak di ruangan tersebut. Dan kebetulan TV sekarang sudah menyatu sama ruangan dapur juga, jadi aktivitas banyak dilakukan diruangan tersebut bahkan baju pun simpen disitu biar ga ribet keluar masuk (ke tenda jadi cuma buat tidur) 4. Disediakan barbeque-an (alat dan bahan bahannya). Bayar 80rb perorang dapat makan malam dan barbequan. 5. Disediakan gas, kompor dan alat masak, tinggal bawa minyak dan bahan makanan kalo yang pengen masak. 6. Tersedia aqua galon dan ada panas dingin, boleh diminum sepuasnyaa. 7. Kasur dan selimut ok. Kekurangan (dan saran buat Booba Glamping) 1. Jalannya masih banyak perlu perbaikan karena pas pulang, habis belok keluar Booba, ban mobil sempat terperosok. 2. Kasih penunjuk arah seperti "the pinewood" 3. PR banget kalo bocah mau ke toilet, karena buka tutup resletingnya agak keras buat bocah jadi mesti ditemeni ortunya. 4. Pas matahari sudah terbit, ga cucok banget dalam tenda. 5. Private poolnya air dingin, kayaknya kalo dibuat warm private pool lebih yahud. 6. Variasi sarapan bisa ditambah. 7. Tidak disediakan kulkas. 8. Wifi hari kedua ga bisa nyala jadi ga bisa nyalain TV juga. Tips and trick buat tamu: kalo mau keluar, pastikan yang penutup kedua (bagian ke kamarnya) tertutup rapat, agar walaupun lama nutup jalur keluarnya, biar balonnya ga kempes (difoto diperlihatkan kondisi balon kempes, sengaja sih difoto biar pada kebayang kempesnya gimana). Tapi tenang aja, ga bakal lama ngembung lagi kok. Terima kasih buat tim front office, semuanya ramah. Karena ga ada kulkas dan saya pumping jadi diperbolehkan asinya kutitip di kulkas pihak booba.
