The service is very poor, guests are not briefed from the beginning, immediately given the key. Suddenly the owner knocks on someone's bedroom and gets angry as if he has no ethics with unpleasant and inappropriate words like being rude. It should be conveyed properly and it is SOP for receptionists like that, it is very unfriendly. This new villa should be polite to visitors so that it is busy, this with his attitude has made people uncomfortable, the service is not friendly.

Dear Ms. Fadia Syahrani Ritonga, We apologize if anything was unpleasant, but please reflect on your actions 🙏 I would like to explain to other guests who may read this review that you checked in after midnight (beyond the property's check-in time and without prior notice) and then left the parking lot in a crowded area (approximately 7 people), which of course disturbed other guests who were resting. Not only that, all seven of you stayed in the same room, far exceeding the property's permitted occupancy! Please don't just think about your own self-interest, but consider the rights of others, in this case, the property owner, who has suffered significant damage from your behavior. By paying a small amount of money (approximately 250,000 THB), you expect to control the facilities for just seven people!

The location is close to Berastagi fruit market, the view is also beautiful, there is hot water, the owner is friendly and kind. The coffee is delicious. Continued success.

Take a note that this place really only rents rooms. Which contains a bed, pillows and blankets. There are no amenities. So please bring your own toiletries and drinks/kettle. But the rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. The water is smooth, the hot water works. Cleanliness is decent. The nice thing is that access is easy. The staff is also helpful. Walking at night is also considered safe (I went out until 9pm to get to the market). ATMs, places to eat, food stalls, all close by.
