This is a nice hotel, perfect for those looking for a budget family hotel with good facilities. The price is 150,000 Rupiah on long weekends, and around 123,000 Rupiah on normal days.

very friendly staff, comfortable place, spacious and clean. there was an incident where the remote control broke because it was accidentally hit by a child and fell. I asked the staff to compensate me but they didn't allow it. top notch stay here. highly recommended. will definitely stay here again if I go on holiday to Batu.

First time staying here and everything is as expected. Starting from the arrival of check-in on time at 14.00 there is a comfortable waiting room. All equipment is functioning well. The staff is also very friendly, the TV had no channels for a while and the guys were ready to help. 4h 3m here because there happened to be an event in Batu, got a voucher from the application so it was only 300k. Thank you, next time will come back again.

For that price, it's worth it, I was on vacation with my wife, looking for "a place to sleep", finally looking for a cheap one but not far from the town square, finally checked in here. The place is quiet, just a little noisy from the front road, but once you enter the room it's not too much. Yes, the price follows the quality. Quite satisfied. Try to bring your own toiletries, there are only 2 towels and a small soap

clean and very spacious room there is a kitchen table and sink for washing dishes, very suitable for a working family like us. the bathroom has hot water if there is a problem, just tell the staff and they are ready to help. the receptionist staff is friendly you can borrow a motorbike from the staff. When you need to go to Indomaret at night, they are very kind if you ask for information about tourist attractions, they are quick to tell you, ask for a BCA ATM, they will also tell you.

Initially I confirmed to check in, they said my order was not entered in the data at the related accommodation. However, in the end I was still able to stay there. The room was okay, fragrant, got a bedroom according to request. Affordable price and close to the Batu city square. Can be repeated to stay there. Highly recommended anyway.

At first I was hesitant to stay here, but it turned out the hotel staff was friendly, the check-in process was very fast, less than 5 minutes. Although the room is not very spacious, it is very clean, the TV is on, there is a fan. The most important thing is if you want to go to Batu Square, you can walk there in less than 10 minutes. If I go to Batu again, I want to stay here again.

The bedroom and bathroom are clean, the unfortunate thing is that you can't see the TV, there are no channels, small towels, even though there is no AC, don't worry about it being hot, the pool is really cold, like a room with AC, the hot water works, you just have to be clever at controlling the taps , sometimes it's really hot, it's called a cheap hotel, it's best to bring your own toiletries, if you don't bring them, don't worry, it's close to Indomaret, there are lots of places to eat around the hotel, near Batu Square, just walk straight, for me this is enough, because what is important to me is the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

Quite comfortable with a very affordable price. Clean! Spacious room. Water heater works, very good especially for those who bring a baby. Only yesterday I got a room on the 3rd floor, it was a bit suffocating going up and down carrying stuff & baby. 😂 otherwise it's very good.

Akomodasi ini cocok untuk pasangan atau family. Penginapan low budget yang murah tapi gak murahan. Kamarnya cukup luas, bersih, wangi dan nyaman. Kasurnya busa tapi bersih dan nyaman. Ada kipas angin, wastafel dan kamar mandi dengan water heater yang berfungsi dengan baik semua. Hanya saja wifi kurang kenceng di lantai 2 dan TV tidak bisa disetel. Kami juga dapat 2 air mineral botol kecil, 2 handuk mandi bersih dan 1 batang sabun kecil. Pelayanan petugas mulai awal bagus, ramah dan sigap. Parkir motor di luar kalau siang, malamnya dipindah di dalam. Sayangnya untuk parkir mobil terbatas lahannya. Lokasi dekat alun-alun Batu dan di sekitarnya ada banyak pilihan makanan. Intinya penginapan ini cukup recommended banget 👍.

The room is okay, without air conditioning but there is a fan. Then there is the sink. The hot water doesn't work well. The drain is a bit clogged. What's worse is that the lights keep going out. The electricity is not strong.
