The room was very cramped and dirty, not as pictured. There were no complimentary coffee/tea facilities. Even getting hot water for tea was difficult because there was no water dispenser. The shower head was broken, there was only one towel for two people. The sanitary kit was minimal: only a very small soap bar, no shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, or tissues. Parking was minimal, and I was often woken up from my sleep because the car had to be moved. Compared to the hotel next door (Sriwijaya 99 Hotel), which was more comfortable and had star-rated amenities, and the price difference was only 50,000 rupiah, this accommodation was far superior in terms of service, amenities, cleanliness, and completeness. In short, this accommodation was uncomfortable, dirty, and lacked amenities.

Overall, it's comfortable, for the price. The sheets are replaced with new ones, there's hot water, and it's safe. If you want to clean yourself, make sure you bring your own soap and other supplies. A suggestion for the accommodation is to clean the cobwebs in every corner of the room.

Bad Hotel indeed! From the beginning, the staff could only stare blankly!! People's money was not returned at all without any good intentions for a refund, citing consumer error!! We booked the hotel according to what you published in the travel agent. If the room was not available, why not update it in the application!!! Why are you blaming the guest? And my money has not been RETURNED until this second!!! I even canceled the check-in without touching your room at all.
