Cilacap Guest House

I stay here once a month on business trips to Cilacap, but this time I was disappointed because the capsule rooms were shared between men and women, whereas previously they were separated. So yesterday I upgraded to a private room even though it cost me an additional 60 thousand. Oh yeah, I also brought a cake and put it in the locker but it was eaten by mice, but I didn't regret it because it was cheap, but now that it's shared, I'm thinking twice about staying here. Maybe the owner could also consider returning it to its original state.

Book a room alone with Fan. Location at the intersection of the highway is easy to find, close to many vehicle rentals. Room: clean room, cold fan, dim lights, not soundproof. the sheets smell musty and the covers are also torn. There is a balcony for male guests who like to smoke there. The plugs are far from the bed, the position is under the feet, not beside. Toilet: even though it is shared outside, it is very clean, bright, the water is also smooth The corridor is clean, the place is a bit limited, not free to move.

The receptionists are not very friendly, it's better to have the gentlemen on duty at night.

Room no. 3 was dripping water until it flooded, until I slipped because of the flood.

Every time I go to Cilacap, I always check in here, even though the room is small, it is comfortable enough to rest, the mattress set and Android TV are good, and it is close to the police post, making me feel safer.

the room given did not match the order in the app ordered 1 bed, there were 6 beds room was stuffy because the AC was hot arrived at night from the train station, wanted to rest and sleep, but was too hot/hot to sleep

The place is actually comfortable, but I wasn't careful when checking in, it turned out that the one I booked was non-AC, I wanted to change but couldn't, the bathroom was outside but it was clean, the room was also clean, quite comfortable.

The first trip to Cilacap was greeted by an earthquake that turned out to be centered in Gunung Kidul Jogja at around 20:00 while lying down in the room here. Found this inn when checking google maps, continued the initial booking via the traveloka application, then confirmed to the inn on D-1 for payment on location. When checking in, you were only asked to submit your ID card and a deposit of 50 thousand. 24-hour service, very friendly, responsive and informative when asked for help, very helpful. Highly recommended, especially for those who are just stopping by temporarily. Its strategic location near the terminal, Gumilir station, city square, and other supporting public facilities makes it easy to find snacks or dinner, the mosque is also not too far away, so you can walk out to find culinary while praying Maghrib and Isha. Although the room is a bit small, about 2mx3m, but for 125 thousand with a spacious, clean and soft single bed plus TV and AC, it is very comfortable. Once inside the room, it is not noisy even though it is flanked by a highway in front and a railroad track behind it. The downside is probably the many mosquitoes when you first enter the room, but this can be overcome when the AC is turned on. A suggestion for the manager is to use an electric mosquito repellent when the room is not occupied by guests, so it can act as a mosquito repellent and also make the room smell good.
