Good staff, very helpful, clean room, just no broom. Because after eating there are ants in the room because the room is made of wood. Very close to Curug Sodong. I chose the Sodong Lodge room because it is the closest. Bringing elderly people also helped by them in carrying and carrying them.

The location is great, right in front of a tiered waterfall. The facilities are also okay, the beds are soft, air-conditioned so you don't have to worry about the heat or mosquitoes.

Yeah, okay, I ordered the Exclusive Lodge which directly faces the Sodong and Cikanteh waterfalls.

Excellent location, facility, service, and meals. Walking distance (5 minutes) to the waterfall, excellent view during sunset as well. Office administrative personnel should work further to avoid sending unnecessary messages to the customer (i.e., requesting additional charges). It creates confusion for all parties.

The location is definitely stunning; however, the roads were pretty horrible to drive through, maybe the hotel can chip in to create a safer trip for customers. The road was pretty bootleg, almost reaching Ciletuh Hills. Hati-hati yang pakai sedan yaaah. The cabin I stayed at was cozy, and amenities were quite complete. The downside is we can tell the cabin itself was not built well; aside from the cozy interior, there are holes in quite a few spots of the cabin where mosquitoes and insects can enter. We had to help 3 tawons escape the cabin. Food-wise at the restaurant could be much improved. Trust me when I say a lot of people outside of people who stay in the villa would want to eat here because the view is directly to the waterfall. The price was too expensive, just like Jakarta. Boleh sih harganya diturunin, pakai produce lokal di situ yang abundant sekali dari laut maupun pertanian. Overall experience okay kok, cuman sayang sekali gak maximal. Dengan harga yang 1jt ke atas, boleh di-review lagi details kecil-kecil yang tamu pasti expect.

The cabin facilities and cleanliness are okay. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The food is okay, maybe with the listed price the presentation and taste could be better. For the access road to the hotel, there are many holes. But its okay, thanks ciletuh hills

Akses ke hotel ini agak susah, sepertinya harus download offline dulu ke area sini. Harus selalu lewat jalan utama, kalo diarahin map untuk lewat jalan pintas, abaikan saja, jalannya rusak. Pros: staf nya ramah, helpful. Pemandangannya sangat bagus, dapat Lodge Sodong dengan pemandangan bagus walaupun lagi musim kemarau dan curug kering tetap cantik. Kamar bagus, bantal, kasur, terus bisa ngeliat pemandangan di semua sisi kamar. Cocok banget buat menyendiri abis capek dari rutinitas kota. Cons: memang sih jualannya nginap di area alam dekat pegunungan tapi bisa harusnya tidur di kamar ga bareng kodok atau semut berjatuhan dari atap. Dekat area kamar di luar nemu kulit ular abis ganti kulit. Sarapannya wadaw. Harga kamar 2 mio + semalam tapi sarapannya ga lebih bagus dari hotel budget yang semalam cuma 200 ribuan. Masa cuma nasi dan mie goreng plus telur ceplok? Hotel ini punya banyak potensi menjadi lebih bagus, saran saya, untuk jalan ke area kamar diperbaiki, bukan area kamar doang yang dibagusin. Terus area pohon-pohon di sekitar kamar juga diperhatiin biar ga ngeblok pemandangan dari kamar. Oh ya, satu lagi, saya sangat suka staf hotel juga masyarakat sekitar. Sangat helpful, baik, dan ga menuntut. Sangat mendukung area geopark menjadi area wisata. Sehat-sehat selalu untuk warga Ciletuh 🙏🏼.

Distance from Jakarta, far. Takes 6 hours. The cellphone signal is lost, so the google map automatically disappears. So the benchmark is to continue to follow the main road, don't dare to take anything that is not the main road. From the main road, you still enter a small road again about 2km with damaged road conditions. We stayed in the Cikanteh lodge room type. The rooms are nice, with a balcony that has a spectacular view of the sea with a beautiful sunset in front of your eyes, a green valley on the right plus a view of a beautiful waterfall and swift water. All the time the soothing sound of the waterfall accompanied our stay. The hotel does not have wifi. No tv. The hotel does not have a telephone to contact the front office, housekeeping and room service, so ask everyone for help via wa chat. Luckily the cellphone signal is here. No refrigerator. The pillows were given a lot and were comfortable to use, but there was one that smelled a bit musty. At night there are squirrels above the ceiling of the room, pacing back and forth. There are geckos too. While they're not annoying, they're a bit scary too. While there it was raining heavily and the wind until the drizzle came down into the room from above the ceiling of the room. Suggestion, maybe the ceiling is closed, so that the dirt from the roof doesn't go down to the mattress either. Room quality, 5 star class. Rooms are very clean. Cold AC. The bed is very comfortable. Queen size bed, there are 2. So it can sleep 4 adults. 5 star hotel quality mattress. Sheets and blankets are very clean, 5 star quality. Toilet, closet and shower bath standard 5 star, clean and the water heater is on well and the water is strong. Only the toilet flush is a bit clogged. Towels are very comfortable to wear, standard 5 star hotel. Overall, this resort hotel is good. But next time you come here, don't stay overnight. Minimum 2 nights. So that you can fully enjoy the atmosphere. We are really happy while we are here. The heart is really calm and relaxed.

Recommended place for vacation, lots of natural attraction and the food was surprisingly good. Yet the local authorities/govt need to improve some infrastructure over there e. G. Roads etc.

Best view ever! All magnificent views in one place. Nice room. Cozy jacuzzi. Awesome!

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, it's just that the management needs to think about the comfort of hotel guests, at least hotel guests can rest comfortably in their rooms. Several times the room had a special visit from the gecko so that we had to repeatedly call the staff to evacuate the gecko which was very dramatic. Likewise, insects that enter the room are very numerous and disturbing. It is necessary to think about planting plants or other precautions so that guests can rest in peace in the room. Would I return or recommend this place? No.

Dari parkiran kami suda di sambut staff hotel yang ramah & helpful. Kamar luas bersih dan nyaman. Best view balkon ever, kanan persawahan, depan laut, kiri air terjun. Lokasi dekat dengan curug sodong, jalan kaki sekitar 200meter. Ac, Air Panas berfungsi dengan baik. Tidak ada wifi & tv, which is good sih, Order makan malam via room service, enak, bersih cuman sampe jam 8 malam aja. Menu sarapan nasi goreng & roti yang suda di toast, sayang sekali tidak ada buah 😬. Oh iya karena hotel ini eco green jadi kita tidak bole membunuh binatang yang ada, banyak banget toke pas malem-malem, agak tidak nyaman sih, tapi overall menyenangkan.
