My first time in Makassar, I stayed here. Since arriving, the security guard was friendly, the bellboy quickly carried my luggage and escorted me to my room, check-in was fast, I got a room near the elevator as requested, the room was spacious, cool, clean, the mattress was soft, the sheets were soft, and there was a refrigerator. I stayed here for 3 days, they asked for cleaning and changing the sheets every day, and they really did. I didn't try the food, but my friend who also stayed here said the in-room dining was delicious. Recommended 👍

My favorite thing about the pool is its huge size. Unfortunately, on Saturday afternoons, the hotel's visitors are somewhat outnumbered by the children practicing swimming in the pool. So, even the large pool feels crowded. Perhaps the number of people could be limited to avoid the pool being so crowded and crowded.

Too many rules: You have to rent a swimsuit to swim, and you're not allowed to bring food and drinks from your room into the pool area. Maybe it's so we can buy snacks in the pool area. But the prices of the snacks in the pool are illogical. My child is still small, so he's considered an adult. Perhaps because he's so tall, they assume he's an adult and charge him the full adult price for breakfast. My child is still in junior high school (he doesn't have an ID card yet). It should be considered a child! After a week here, I'm bored with the lack of variety on the menu; it's just the same old thing. And the food isn't very tasty either. As for cleanliness, it's very clean.

Unlucky days are not on the calendar but they apply to me and my family. I intended to stay in a nice and comfortable place, but it turned out I got a room with a flooded bathroom, the water didn't flow to the drain but flowed to the door, I complained but there was no response.
