In short, Claro is always the most comfortable place for a family vacation. From the receptionist to the customer service, everyone is friendly, excellent at their work, and incredibly helpful.

If I could give 7 stars, I would give 7 stars. Hehehe, starting from the receptionist, bellboy to CS, everyone is friendly and the service is great, in short, it is highly recommended for family vacations, in short, if I go to Makassar, I will stay here again, Claro is indeed the best since the past.

Comfortable place, complete facilities

The hotel appears to be quite old, but it's well-maintained and always bustling with various events, sometimes even simultaneous ones, so much so that even checking in and checking out requires a long queue. The numerous events create a lively atmosphere. Clean rooms, complete amenities, strategic location, and easy access to everything. Bicycles are available for rent to get around town. I haven't tried the food yet.

The room didn't match the price. They said that's how it is when you book through the app. So what if we're from out of town, especially from Papua? If the event isn't at Claro, why stay there?

The reservation and check-in process took too long. Prices via the app were cheaper than on-site prices.

The motorbike parking staff were not very friendly, for those who were guarding the motorbike parking portal on April 2, 2026 at 11 am, my suggestion is that when you reprimand customers, just do it normally, if you are tired, don't be so grumpy.

I stayed at Claro for 4 days. On the first day, I got a less than ideal room. I complained, and the receptionist was very kind and found me a replacement room the next day because the hotel was very busy when I checked in. All the staff were friendly and kind 😊

It was definitely worth staying here, with friendly service. Yesterday, I lost my mineral water, but it was immediately taken care of and replaced quickly. I also left something behind yesterday, but I wasn't contacted. Beyond that, the service was excellent.
