My favorite hotel

Every time we visit Makassar, Hotel Claro is always our family's top choice for a staycation. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and varied, and the pool is spacious, making it a delight for our kids to swim in.

Since I live in Makassar, Claro has become my go-to hotel. I've stayed at Claro many times and attended events there. The rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is also pleasant. However, sometimes, when there's an event, like a wedding or something else, the lobby gets a bit crowded. The food is pretty good, I like it. It's top-notch when it comes to hotels. Claro is the champion.

The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel was clean, especially the swimming pool, and the breakfast menu was varied. 👏 I definitely want to go there again next time.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, but when I extended my stay I just bought tickets on the app. It turned out to be much cheaper to buy tickets on the app. The hotel is comfortable, there are many restaurants, there is an Alfa inside, basically everything is complete, no need to leave the hotel anymore.

Warmest greeting on room TV, simple but you not always found it at other hotels. Breakfast also good, and clean room.

Access to everything is very easy at Hotel Claro. The service is very friendly, and every corner of the hotel is spotlessly clean.

The view from the room is delightful, directly overlooking the pool. Hopefully, things will improve in the future, and cleanliness will be more taken care of.

Maybe the bathroom door needs more attention because it can't be closed tightly.

The room I stayed in for 8 nights was nice and clean. Unfortunately, the water heater didn't work, which is perfect for staying in the rainy season. It rained for 8 days and the hot water didn't work. The rest of the food, breakfast and Carita restaurant were delicious although a bit pricey.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Everything was exactly as expected and fulfilled.
