On March 4th, we had a work assignment to Makassar. When I asked my friend, he recommended that Hotel Claro was a highly recommended hotel. Before booking on the app, I first checked the hotel's condition on the website. Finally, I tried booking a hotel for 2 nights, ordering a deluxe room. From the moment I arrived at Hotel Claro, the service was friendly and efficient, and seeing the room was very satisfying, large, clean. Next time I have a business trip to Makassar, I will definitely book a hotel at Claro, because it is in the city center, and close to the airport because the hotel is very close to the toll road.

I stayed at the Claro for a meeting. When I made the reservation, I requested that my room be close to, or have an elevator in the same direction as, the meeting room. The receptionist was very welcoming and selected a room that would make my stay at the Claro easier.

The hotel is strategically located near the city center. Everything was great, except for the one staff member at the front entrance who was unfriendly and insensitive. We arrived with a lot of luggage and didn't get any help; we had to carry it ourselves. The same thing happened at checkout; we carried our own luggage.
