The room is super clean and comfy. We got fascinating service from hotel staff, especially front office staff, Mba Ulfa and even the hotel manager, Mas Ridho. They were very helpful and friendly. Surely will stay again soon.

Parah banget baru kali ini dapet kamar bau, kasurnya kayanya sprainya jarang dicuci yah jadi keliatan mash banyak noda nya udah gitu dapet handuk 1 doang, ga dapet 1botol minum free sikat gigi juga ga dapet 😭. Ditambah sofa nya ga pernah dibersihin kayanya pas duduk pda gatel. Jadi kapok ga mau lagi deh cek in di super oyo collection. Tolong ya diperbaiki lagi dong walaupun murah seengganya jangan mengecewakan gini. Pelayanannya sih bagus ya resepsionis ramah.

Nginep kemarin itu sempet pindah kamar karena kamar sebelumnya spreinya kotor banget banyak bercaknya ntah itu apa, terus lampu kamar mandinya mati, otomatis saya minta ganti kamar karena saya bawa anak kecil, terus kamar selanjutnya hampir sama didalem kamar ada bekas slaiolai di atas mejaa plus plastiknya, tapi ya udhlah kata suami saya yang penting lampu kamar mandi nya nyala aja.

This is a hotel with nothing in order. There are many things you can't enjoy: 1. Wifi in my room doesn't work. 2. The gym requires shoes. I seem to be a member of a gym somewhere else, no one takes issue with my footwear. 3. When I stayed the swimming pool couldn't be used, it was being cleaned. 4. The TV in the room also doesn't work. So, please look for another place to stay, it's okay if it's more expensive.

I don't understand, every time I come here (which I've been coming back and forth for 2 years), I pay hundreds of thousands just to change the sheets. Towels and toilet mats were not provided before checking in, drinking water was also not available, the reason was that it had not been restocked. Toothbrush, no soap. There were lots of baby cockroaches in the toilet, the stains on the bed sheets and pillows were really visible. Cigarette trash cans are also not replaced. The TV remote sometimes breaks. But super good service. Yes it's polite, yes the receptionist is assertive, yes it's not fast either, but if on WA you'll definitely reply. I often request a room and they are ready. That's all. The facilities are not very good.
