I really enjoyed staying in this villa, I recommend this place for a staycation. There are 3 bedrooms, a karaoke place, a living room, a dining room as well as a kitchen (cooking utensils are provided), there is a swimming pool, and there is a water heater in the bathroom. Service is very friendly and helpful.

Many people tell about its advantages, I will review its disadvantages to be input for villa owners to be better, Springbed in some rooms needs to be replaced because it is no longer comfortable, the sofa in the living room is dusty, the door to the pool access cannot be locked so it can endanger toddlers, and cannot breathe fresh air because the surrounding environment is full of dairy cattle. The swimming pool is not very clean. The cooking facilities are quite complete, there is a rice cooker, several pans, spoons and forks, salt and sugar are also provided, the villa staff is fast response, close to grocery and vegetable stalls (makes it easier if you want to cook).

The villa is quite good plus there is a private swimming pool so those of us who stay overnight don't have to go anywhere. The owner is also very communicative, always helps if there is anything needed. Thanks sir for the free fresh milk. Puncak pine villa & pool, Best price & best place.

The house is very clean, comes to be well received, the villa manager is really good, whatever is needed, always provides and asks if there is anything else that is needed. Very cold air without a fan/ac. Highly recommended very, very complete.

Really satisfied to spend the night in this villa. The rooms are also fairly neat & fragrant, the kitchen equipment is complete and the atmosphere around the villa is also very comfortable. The plus point is that the villa is super friendly, when we arrived we were given brownies and given a motorbike loan for free without rent. Next time Insyaallah will come back again.

Lokasinya dipedesaan dingin banget sejuk, rumahnya bersih ada 3 kamar 1 ruang tamu 1 ruang keluarga luas dapur bersih semua perrabotan lengkap, kolam renang bersih, pemiliknya sigap dan ramah banget kurang apa butuh apa langsung disediakan fasilitas semuanya ada, pagi-pagi dapat susu + dikasih soto juga, lokasi dekat kemana saja. Recomen banget kalau ke Batu mesti sewa villa puncak pinus lagi. Thanks.
