This was my first time at this hotel, but it was truly comfortable and a real pleasure to stay here. The Marriott Group never fails to provide excellent service. After two nights and three days here, I'd say this is the most affordable and comfortable hotel. It offers 4-star prices and 5-star service, no worries. We actually didn't have a chance to stay here. They informed us upfront when we were about to check-in that they had an AC issue. So that, the Manager told us we were upgraded and transferred to Sheraton instead, which is a higher star hotel, and apparently under the same Management. We were escorted to Sheraton and ensured we didn't have a check-in issue there. At Sheraton, we met with the Director as well, ensuring we all have a pleasant stay. It was such a very nice and warm welcome by all the staff both from Courtyard and Sheraton. We felt like we were appreciated. Thanks much for the favorable experience.

The color is already dirty gray and the edges are damaged, the threads are sticking out. The damaged curtains can slide down by themselves, even though we called room service (technicians) but they couldn't fix it. We stayed for 2 nights, but on the second day we moved rooms, then there were clothes left in the hotel closet of the first room. They weren't returned until we realized that we had left something behind when we were about to check out the next day. What if we realized after we left the city? We actually didn't have a chance to stay here. They informed us upfront when we were about to check-in that they had an AC issue. So that, the Manager told us we were upgraded and transferred to Sheraton instead, which is a higher star hotel, and apparently under the same Management. We were escorted to Sheraton and ensured we didn't have a check-in issue there. At Sheraton, we met with the Director as well, ensuring we all have a pleasant stay. It was such a very nice and warm welcome by all the staff both from Courtyard and Sheraton. We felt like we were appreciated. Thanks much for the favorable experience.
