This was my first time at this hotel, but it was truly comfortable and a real pleasure to stay here. The Marriott Group never fails to provide excellent service. After two nights and three days here, I'd say this is the most affordable and comfortable hotel. It offers 4-star prices and 5-star service, no worries. It was truly impressive; all the staff were friendly and kind.

We actually didn't have a chance to stay here. They informed us upfront when we were about to check-in that they had an AC issue. So that, the Manager told us we were upgraded and transferred to Sheraton instead, which is a higher star hotel, and apparently under the same Management. We were escorted to Sheraton and ensured we didn't have a check-in issue there. At Sheraton, we met with the Director as well, ensuring we all have a pleasant stay. It was such a very nice and warm welcome by all the staff both from Courtyard and Sheraton. We felt like we were appreciated. Thanks much for the favorable experience.

Comfy, all the staff are friendly. Recommendations: Double-check before booking, as there's a difference between the south and north rooms. If I'm not mistaken, the south room doesn't have a balcony, but it's quite comfortable and spacious.

We spent 2 nights at Courtyard by Marriott Bandung Dago during the New Year holiday, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. Despite the festive season, the service remained warm and attentive, making our stay feel calm and well cared for from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, all the staff are friendly, the breakfast menu has a lot of variety and is delicious, the additional price for breakfast is not expensive with such a large menu, there is not enough parking space and the road is too narrow and dark.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Court Yard hotel. I checked in at 12:00 PM, and the staff immediately invited me into my room because it was ready, even though the standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Bandung. It was great. 👍👌

The color is already dirty gray and the edges are damaged, the threads are sticking out. The damaged curtains can slide down by themselves, even though we called room service (technicians) but they couldn't fix it. We stayed for 2 nights, but on the second day we moved rooms, then there were clothes left in the hotel closet of the first room. They weren't returned until we realized that we had left something behind when we were about to check out the next day. What if we realized after we left the city? Even though we still stayed there for another night, no one took the initiative to return it first until we looked for it and asked for it to be returned, and even then we had to wait more than 30 minutes.

This isn't a 4-star hotel, is it? The towels are disgusting. They're a dirty gray, and the edges are frayed with threads coming out. The consolation lies in the Indonesian breakfast menu, which offers quite a lot of variety. I don't know if this is the case every day or just during the end of the year.
