This is the third time the family has stayed at the legendary Cozy Villa Batu. The villa is clean, there are 2 rooms with king size beds, the location is very strategic (can walk to East Java Park 2), the atmosphere is calm, not noisy, comfortable and children are safe playing in the housing complex. There are people around selling breakfast. Complete facilities, there is a water heater for bathing, a cooker with cutlery and cooking utensils, the fridge is new and clean, there is gallon mineral water, and cable TV. The check-in process is very smooth, the owner and employees are very friendly and helpful, GPS location sent via WA by the owner, fast respond, is very helpful for us in providing information about tours in Batu / Malang. Next time if there is a vacation, I will go to rock again with my family and of course stay at Cozy Villa again. Thanks, Cozy.

Strategic location, easy to find, can walk to Jatim Park 2, villa is clean, neat, smells good, calm atmosphere, safe for children, there is a carport. Hot water facilities for bathing, refrigerator, magic com, gallon mineral water, stove complete with cooking utensils, cutlery, coffee & sugar provided. Strategic place near the main road going to East Java Park can call grab about 15 thousand Alfamart in Indomaret near about 3 minutes walk, restaurants around there are also comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms there is hot water. There is a gallon of water, a stove in the fridge, a fan, a TV (but unfortunately it can't be turned on) because for drying clothes in the sun and there are many larvae in the area, so don't be surprised if at 8 o'clock in the evening, many people provide them. Next time will definitely come back again.

The villas are in accordance with the drawings, the house is small according to the price. Only unfortunately there is no park to play with children around the house. no WiFi too. so children are not at home. His advice might be for the villa keeper to be faster in preparing his villa when guests will arrive. Because when I arrived at the villa at 3pm when I wanted to drink it turned out that the mineral water was still empty, there was no stock in the kitchen. the advice is also, please provide mosquito repellent love if the night many mosquitoes enter the villa.

The house is very compatible with the pictures and descriptions of other reviews. Not wrong I chose to stay here. The house is clean, the bed is also comfortable, the kitchen equipment is clean and there, there is also dish soap, refrigerator, rice cooker, dispenser complete with gallon water. Warm water is available for bathing and there is soap, too, very helpful because I forgot to bring soap. If you stay for a long time do not forget to buy ingredients for cooking such as rice, oil, eggs etc., because the minimarket is a bit far from here. But if you eat quite a lot of places. The location is very close to the gift shop. If you don't have time to buy souvenirs because the shop closes, don't worry because it turns out there are souvenir vendors in the morning wearing motorbikes through the front of the house. Around 7.30 a yellow rice seller also passes by the front of the house. Jatim Park 2 is also nearby, you can walk around 6-8 minutes. If you don't want to get tired, there are also angkots that pass by. Mrs. Nova as a manager is also very responsive to communication via WA. We arrived early morning around 10 and were allowed to check in early because the house was empty. Overall we enjoyed staying here, highly recommended especially for those who stay longer and bring family.

Very strategic place. Very close to Jatim Park II. We walk there. To other tourist attractions, it is also possible to take a grab or leap for a while. The house is comfortably clean and well-maintained. Full kitchen equipment. There is warm water too. The owner is friendly and very kind. This house is suitable for families who will stay.
