The hotel is easily accessible from Tugu Train Station. Security was quick to assist with your travel bags. The staff was friendly and sincere in explaining hotel regulations. Tidy room with balcony, it's clean although it looks small. The bathroom is just OK, clean. It has a smart TV, that's nice to have. The location is within the city but there is nothing to see in the surrounding.

First time staying at Crystal Lotus Hotel, large room with balcony, hotel atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable, hotel in the city center close to the mall, breakfast is delicious and has many variations, staff is friendly, clean, most importantly I got a promo price from the app which is cheap for a 4-star hotel, keep up the good price and quality.

The room isn't that spacious, but I'm happy that it has a balcony. The downside is that my bathroom drain was clogged, and the towels smelled of cigarettes and sour when I first arrived. Management should pay more attention to the housekeeping department.

Modern minimalist hotel. Comfortable bed, sofa. Clean bathroom, comfortable bathtub. Spacious balcony, perfect for relaxing while looking at Mount Merapi. The swimming pool is big enough for kids. Cons: Lack of food variety. The main course was average, but the pastries were delicious. The non-smoking dining area and the smoking area are separated by a wooden partition, so it feels pointless because the smoke will inevitably go everywhere. Smoking should be completely prohibited in the dining area, especially during family vacations.
