The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is delicious and varied. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The swimming pool is clean. Thengkyu Cristal Lotus.

Overall the hotel is okay.................................

This was like my 3rd time staying at this hotel (i lived in Jogja tho). What i like the most from staying here was the location and the details of how their HK staff made up our room! Unfortunately i forgot to ask his name (the way he’s tidying up our stuff/really detail-oriented kind of person, was perfect). I was amazed by how he organized it (the position of the toothbrush, soap and our belongings such as snacks & clothes/it was laying around before). The reception team was also helpful (we hv arrived in Jogja from Jakarta around 4am, so sleepy and exhausted). At noon i decided to bring my scooter to the hotel and hell ja, the security/all the people in the basement is really nice (full of smiles and friendly). He assisted me with my scooter! Gut gemacht👍🏻 As a person who also work in the hospitality industry for the past 10 years, i wrote this review from my honest experience & would love to recommend this hotel to you (whoever reads this).

Friendly service.. Comfortable room

The hotel facilities are okay, there is a bathtub and balcony.

The place is in the middle of the city, the service is really good, the breakfast menu is all yummy, highly recommended 👍🏻

Strategic location, easy to find, many shops and restaurants around the hotel, good room cleanliness and fragrant rooms. Delicious food with many variations, complete room facilities and can get a room according to request, fast wifi, friendly staff and very helpful, clean swimming pool, worth it for families or couples.

Always in this hotel every time I go to Jogja 🤭 very comfortable. Overall all the best. Especially Mas Gading as a duty manager (I think) who always greets all customers warmly during breakfast.

It's fun and the place is close to the city center

Overall, the service was really good, especially the bellboy named Mr. Budi who was super helpful and very quick to help carry our stuff. Will definitely come back to stay here again!

first impression is good from the outside. enter the room the interior is old. the floor of the room, the bathroom is still not clean. the bathroom has a lot of water mold. the food is varied, and strategic. for me 3 stars

I would like to ask for help fixing the bathroom. The building is very nice from the outside. But the trash can is broken and can't be opened. The glass on the edge is rusty.

There is no AC remote. The TV is dead and won't turn on. We were given a spare room at Kafena because the hotel already has all the rooms full.
