The staff was very friendly. I got a free upgrade because the room I booked was unavailable. There is a problem with our AC, but they tried to resolve it quickly and moved us to a new room when they couldn’t fix the AC. The location was perfect, it is in the middle of the city and near Ciwalk. The parking area was spacious.

I booked a superior room, but got a free upgraded room instead! Room was comfy and spacious, bathroom was clean, and hot water worked well. But better bring your own toothbrush because they don't give you one. Thing I love was their strategic location, it wasn't hard to to find food stalls and convenience store around, and the view from my room was really great especially at night. Apparently the hotel entrance is also used as Xtrans travel pool, so if you need to go to Jakarta, you can just easily book the travel here. Breakfast in the hotel was nice, loving their chicken porridge!

It was the best to get a free room upgrade from standard to suite + balcony because the standard rooms were full, and it was sooo good! The room was spacious, cozy, and the toilet was very clean and fragrant! The staff were also very friendly, the hotel location was also strategic even though it was a bit congested last weekend, but overall it was a good experience staying at this hotel!

It was the best to get a free room upgrade from standard to suite + balcony because the standard rooms were full, and it was sooo good! The room was spacious, cozy, and the toilet was very clean and fragrant! The staff were also very friendly, the hotel location was also strategic even though it was a bit congested last weekend, but overall it was a good experience staying at this hotel!

When we checked in, the room we chose was standard, but the receptionist said it was fully booked. Thankfully, we got a family room instead. The room was spacious and clean. It's just that the AC wasn't cold enough. 👍👍🥰

The hotel is neat and clean, thank God, yesterday the room was upgraded by the hotel. Next to De Batara, yesterday I had an early check out, so booking a room doesn't include breakfast next time. You can just walk to Ciwalk and it's also close if you want to go to Al*Ama*t or Ind* Mar*. Overall, it's okay.

The location is very strategic in Cihampelas, close to Ciwalk Mall and restaurants, and easy access everywhere. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. The hot/cold water control could be improved (or maybe it's just my room). Overall, recommended.

Initially, we got a room downstairs, which wasn't a problem, but what really annoyed us was the fishy smell when we entered the room. We complained about being asked to upgrade the room, but we didn't want to. In the end, we wanted to have it cleaned again, but in the end, we couldn't change rooms straight away, to a bigger, higher room. Thank you.

An impressive stay, got a promotional price but the service was not at all different.
Staying at a 3-star hotel, but with five-star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
1. Friendly, responsive receptionist who answered my phone questions several times👌
2. Strategic location & opposite a large convenience store
3. All the staff here are very friendly, from the parking attendants to the kitchen team, everyone is friendly, it feels like a five-star stay💪.
4. Super fast Wi-Fi & no hassle of logging in, awesome, feels like a five-star stay.
5. The room is comfortable & proper. I booked a Family room and it turned out to be perfect for a family.
6. Breakfast is quite delicious for a hotel of this class.
An added bonus is that I can request breakfast to be served during sahur (pre-dawn meal) for free and have it delivered to my room. The hotel staff were very accommodating to my request. At exactly 3:30 AM, as requested, the food arrived at our doorstep.

1. The sheets and towels are dirty and faded and need to be replaced.
2. The bathroom smells bad. There's no freshener at all.
3. The bath mat isn't absorbent.

The hotel is neat and clean, thank God, yesterday the room was upgraded by the hotel. Next to De Batara, yesterday I had an early check out, so booking a room doesn't include breakfast next time. You can just walk to Ciwalk and it's also close if you want to go to Al*Ama*t or Ind* Mar*. Overall, it's okay.

The staff was very friendly. I got a free upgrade because the room I booked was unavailable. There is a problem with our AC, but they tried to resolve it quickly and moved us to a new room when they couldn’t fix the AC. The location was perfect, it is in the middle of the city and near Ciwalk. The parking area was spacious.

The location is very strategic in Cihampelas, close to Ciwalk Mall and restaurants, and easy access everywhere. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. The hot/cold water control could be improved (or maybe it's just my room). Overall, recommended.

Initially, we got a room downstairs, which wasn't a problem, but what really annoyed us was the fishy smell when we entered the room. We complained about being asked to upgrade the room, but we didn't want to. In the end, we wanted to have it cleaned again, but in the end, we couldn't change rooms straight away, to a bigger, higher room. Thank you.

An impressive stay, got a promotional price but the service was not at all different.
Staying at a 3-star hotel, but with five-star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
1. Friendly, responsive receptionist who answered my phone questions several times👌
2. Strategic location & opposite a large convenience store
3. All the staff here are very friendly, from the parking attendants to the kitchen team, everyone is friendly, it feels like a five-star stay💪.
4. Super fast Wi-Fi & no hassle of logging in, awesome, feels like a five-star stay.
5. The room is comfortable & proper. I booked a Family room and it turned out to be perfect for a family.
6. Breakfast is quite delicious for a hotel of this class.
An added bonus is that I can request breakfast to be served during sahur (pre-dawn meal) for free and have it delivered to my room. The hotel staff were very accommodating to my request. At exactly 3:30 AM, as requested, the food arrived at our doorstep.

1. The sheets and towels are dirty and faded and need to be replaced.
2. The bathroom smells bad. There's no freshener at all.
3. The bath mat isn't absorbent.
