Pertama kali menginap di sini, baru masuk sudah terasa kenyamanannya. Kamar mandi dalam dengan air panas dan dingin, AC yang berfungsi baik dan Wi-Fi kencang laju. Ada lift juga jadi gak lelah kalau kamar berada di tingkat paling atas, hotel memiliki lima lantai. Staff juga ramah dan proses check in gak ribet.

The hotel staff, especially the man at the reception, didn't smile at all. There was no greeting from the receptionist when we arrived. The hotel is very busy. Many international guests. But the soundproofing is lacking. Any activity we or other rooms do will definitely be heard. This makes it difficult to rest. Cleaning service is available only upon request. The TV remote in room 312 was broken. The Wi-Fi network is often slow. Before check-out time, the Wi-Fi is no longer usable. The room access card must be scanned every day at the reception to be used, even if we extend the stay. The type of electrical outlet available for charging mobile phones is prong 3. Remember to bring a suitable additional plug or ask the hotel staff for help. But as for the location, it is super super strategic. Just walk to BCS Mall, Food Court A2, or to Grand Batam Mall. There are many food vendors and aesthetic cafes around the hotel. Extraordinary.
